When I walked in all the employees were in the back joking around. Ordered a “hot” and ready cheese. Drove one mile before opening the pizza. It was colder than room temp and rock hard. When I called and said my pizza looked and felt like it was about 3 days old, MaKyra started yelling at me that there was no way in hell the pizza was 3 days old. Apparently she’s never heard of hyperbole. I asked how old the pizza was then. She responded, idk maybe 30, 45 minutes. So apparently she thinks selling a pizza made 45 min ago is perfectly acceptable. You can see by the pictures and videos that it’s obviously older than that. Don’t come here unless you want to get yelled at by an unhinged MaKyra and then die of food poisoning.

We order delivery from here quite often and the food quality is not consistent at all. Sometimes my pizza comes with very little cheese, mostly just sauce and crust. Sometimes it’s perfect. This time, I open the box and it seems to be perfect, but I take a bite and there is no sauce ): What is a pizza without sauce. I even peeled the cheese off and there isn’t ANY sauce at all, no redness on the crust at all. It is perfectly white. I just don’t understand how you can forget sauce on a pizza.

If I could leave zero stars I would I ordered from this place through DoorDash they are supposed to make sure that the DoorDasher confirms the order before they even step out the door with the food The DoorDash are never confirmed the order they never delivered the order I ended up waiting till after 9:00 saying that they were going to deliver my order I called up to the store they said that she had already left they didn’t know where she was they said it wasn’t their problem but they had a number that I could call it shows how much they care and a white Little Caesars is where they are today because they hire people that don’t care nothing but young people serve cold food and food that isn’t even done I am very upset very past the point of being elated Don’t ever go to this little Caesars because they will mess up your food and then tell you they don’t care it is what it is they have no customer service skills whatsoever The manager’s name was Josh and he didn’t even care All he tried to do was yell back at me and said that that’s fine That’s fine You can call corporate You can call corporate I have a number that you can call so obviously he doesn’t care about his job because I will be calling corporate in the morning

I haven’t eaten at Little Caesars for years. Went in just now and only one older adult woman who couldn’t speak English, so I couldn’t order. I had questions that she couldn’t understand even though I even made hand gestures. I believe she made a slight attempt to understand, but it was futile. Disappointing because the food smelled good. I may try Little Caesars again, but it won’t be at this location.

They were really busy when I went in to order but the couple of guys working, were really nice. They focused on getting the orders ready for the person in line in front of me and then my order. They were patient instead of rude which was so nice!

It wasn’t so great since there was a guy who clearly saw us and we had ordered our pizza on call yet he was ignoring us and it wasn’t busy, he was talking to others and eating pizza, he was friendly and our pizza wasn’t super perfect, tasted like tomato sauce but it’s fine

Placed an order and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. When I came back, everything was ready except the Italian cheese bread. No big deal, I figured I’d wait.
Fast forward 45 minutes later, I overhear the staff asking about the cheese bread—only to find out the cook never even put it in. At that point, I told the cashier, “Hey man, just give me what’s already ready and refund me for the cheese bread.”
Instead, the manager came over and asked if I wanted to wait for it. No thanks—I’ve already wasted enough time and missed part of my game over some breadsticks. Then he tells me they can’t refund just the cheese bread, only the entire order—and they’d have to keep the food.
So fine, refund me the $40. Your loss, not mine.
This location was very unprepared and unprofessional. They need a strong leader who can delegate and make sure things are done correctly.
