The first time we tried Pavones it was delicious. We were highly satisfied. Tonight was our second time and it was terrible. First they messed up our order then the crust was chewy and hard to bite and the cheese was like glue and the sauce was almost non existent. This was on a Sunday evening. We will give them one more chance because like I said the first time was delicious with no complaints.

The 3 people that assisted me in my first time experience in Pavones was one I will ALWAYS remember Hearther, NY. & the gentlemen who also assisted me i believe his name is Ricky. They were simply amazing and the food was excellent as well. They all deserve raises for their dedication to customer service and how they represent The Pavones Franchise.

I ordered my pizza at a very busy time, and my intial time estimate email was almost immediately followed by another saying it would take a little longer, which I appreciated. I was already out, so I headed there anyway. The people working were very friendly and explained they had been bombarded by orders. So I hung out and waited for my pizza. It was a good pizza, especially if you are a fan of crisp crust. The toppings tasted fresh, and the cheese was good. A solid place to get a pizza from.

I went back again, and it was much better this time! The service was a lot quicker, and the pizza tasted a lot better! It was no longer hard on the bottom, and I enjoyed this pizza so much more! Will definitely be going back!

Daniel was our life-saver! We were in a pinch and needed a HUGE order today, and Daniel delivered. The Rescue Mission & Crossroads Adult Home staff (and clients) are SO grateful for the delicious pizzas, wings, salad and soda!

I picked up my “extra crispy” wings and pizza which I paid 50 something dollars for and they’re all rubbery not crispy and they can’t cut wing for the life of them they all chopped up looks like a box of bones with rubbery meat and they even put the vertebrae of a chicken in the mild ones. Gross I will never order from here again!!!!

What you see here is a pepperoni, bacon, sausage, mushroom and extra cheese with garlic butter on crust. Pizza was great, only thing I can say is there wasn’t much sauce on the pizza. I also have to bring up that I ordered a side of ranch and did not receive my ranch. I wouldn’t care about the ranch if it was free, but unfortunately I did pay for it. Overall pizza and experience was excellent
