Ordered delivery tonight from this new location. Food was here quick, looks wonderful, and the driver waited to see if I picked up my food for my no contact request. So happy this store is here!

Ordered 2 pizzas and door dash delivered on time—but neither box had a sticker to prevent the pizzas being opened in transit. I reached out to Papa John’s to inquire and never heard back from this store. Why can’t you seal the boxes prior to them
being picked-up by a third party? We didn’t eat it… just threw a couple of DiGiorno’s in the oven and called it a day. Won’t order from Papa John’s anymore.

We ordered a Shaq style pizza with ranch sauce, instead of pizza sauce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, black olives, and onions. First pizza to be delivered did not have ranch sauce, it had pizza sauce. The box clearly states “Ranch sauce” on the ticket.
Called the store and got a replacement pizza after the manager, Linda, had a frustrated tone to her voice.
2nd pizza arrived, and it still had pizza sauce instead ranch sauce. Called the store again at this point just wanting a refund, and was told they wanted both pizzas back and the manager claimed she cut the pizza herself and it was ranch (when it was not – photo clearly shows tomato sauce). She was quick to have attitude and then hung up on us after agreeing to the refund before we could finish our sentence. We were being blamed for the pizzas being made incorrectly. When the order ticket on the boxes showed the correct ingredients.
Both phone calls it was stated that it was supposed to be ranch sauce and no pizza sauce. Both pizzas were incorrect and couldn’t even verify if the refund was actually happening before she hung up the phone.
The only thing that makes sense for them thinking it had ranch, was the extra cheese…But as the photos show, it’s tomato sauce.
Definitely will not be ordering from this location again as we have never had a problem at the wentzville location for this exact same pizza.

Don’t understand the point of managing a restaurant if you’re going to have a bad attitude about it. We go to pick up pizza, they forget one of the orders and “remake” it but it’s just an oily stale pizza that was handed to us. The manager was completely condescending and rude. Everyone has bad days we get it. But this is ridiculous. In this economy everyone has to do things they don’t want to but if you’re gonna have a horrible attitude about it then maybe customer service is not for you. Do better.

Was there to pick up pizza and saw the manager there acting very unprofessional and yelling at the employees. This is not the first time I have seen this and it was the same manager. Someone e who cannot handle the pressure should not be a manager.

They apparently are too busy to cut the pizza when ordering delivery. Every time they refuse to cut our pizza I will refuse to tip going forward this is absurd I have to cut my pizza this has been 3 times in a row. Why is it so difficult to cut the pizza

I’m very happy that they opened here in Lake Saint Louis, I used to go all the way to Highway K. Ordered my favorite pizza and chocolate chip cookie, very delicious. Also all staff are polite and friendly. Thanks Team.
