This location is horrible. Food service is not that great. The hashbrowns are very hard and when you order ahead on time on the app, the coffee comes out wrong all the time the manager needs to step it up and talk to their employees. This is by far the worst Duncan location I visit every time I tried calling they’re not picking up. There’s no professionalism here. It’s like they wanna rush you out take your time and do your job.

Pretty disappointing experience, especially when all I could eat was the one donut I got since everything else was burnt… The hash browns were all burnt, stuck together and cold. BOTH of the bagels I got were burnt as well, barely had any cream cheese in it, and stale. As for the strawberry frosted donut, it seemed fresh and tasted pretty good! Probably won’t be returning since the line was ridiculous and the food was even worse.

I arrived at 9:10 pm(they are open till 10:00 pm) and they refused to serve us, let me order a drink or donuts because he said that even though they aren’t closed, they started cleaning, which was fifty minutes prior to closing time. Would never go there again.

I have come here several times. First the drive through is terrible to get into. Second, they ALWAYS try to up-charge you me: “I want 5 munchkins” them: “you want 10 munchkins” “I would like a glass of water” them: “you want 2 bottles of water?”
Today I was charged $1 for a glass of water and $2.50 for 5 munchkins. Every other Dunkin, it’s close to $1 for 5 munchkins and I’ve never been charged more than .10 for a cup of water ANYWHERE! Your telling me a plastic cup costs $1??? I can get a full large soda at many fast food restaurants for $1. We will not come back, avoid this location and go to any of the other ones in the area.
Also- there donuts are smaller than other locations-

It almost seems like a chore when I have to ask you to stir my iced coffee. I don’t understand why you all think it’s okay to hand your customer their iced coffee without stirring it. Do you think I enjoy taking a huge sip of just syrup? Do your job and stir the damn coffee… don’t like it? Find somewhere else to work

I hate to do this but I have tried and tried with them. I get extra sugar in my coffee because I like it sweet. They never stir it so it’s never sweet. I started asking the person taking my order to please stir for me, they say very nice and polite sure of course, again not stirred and not sweet. Then I realized it’s not the person taking order making the coffee so I started telling the person taking order to please tell person who makes my coffee to please stir it . Again not stirred. Again I can’t drink my coffee . Sorry to say but they do a very poor job at this dunkin
