Must have caught them right at the dinner hour rush because it took 42 minutes from the time we were seated to the time we asked for our salad! The white fish plate was very good and had three big pieces of fish on it. The menu said one of our sides could be a salad, but when we got our bill she explained that the salad was $1.25 extra. Had to pay an extra fee when we used our credit card to pay the bill but, I guess that’s happening everywhere now.

The food is DELICIOUS. It far surpasses expectation. The wait staff are top notch friendly and helpful. Absolutely wonderful little place to enjoy a meal- OR they also provide a drive- thru “to go” service! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

BEST burger I’ve had in a long time!! Definitely order it “all the way”…onion rings were delicious also. No-frills place that came highly recommended from one of the local potters.

I am a regular customer at this Diner and I want to know why Cagles isn’t answering both of their phones. I called on Saturday and Tuesday several times but no answer. I live 10 miles away from Cagles Diner. I would like to know what’s going on?

We had lunch on a Saturday. When we arrived there were several tables available. We were waiting for additional family members so we just ordered drinks until everyone else got there. Once we were all there we ordered our meals which were served in about 10 minutes. Everything was served at the same time and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal and said it was delicious. Service was excellent. We will be back.

Having never heard of this place, I stopped while in the area. It’s an unassuming building conveniently located closely to countless pottery studios. The entire staff was awesome, including our server (Gracie, I believe?) who checked on us often but not too much and was very friendly and patient with my 5 yo. The food was typical diner options but fantastic. Cheeseburger seemed like it just came off a charcoal grill with no skimping on the cheese. Seasoned fries were likely store bought but still good. My little boy ate all of his meal and they gave him cheesecake that was so divine I was only allowed two teeny bites. Prices are very fair. If you like country diner food, 100% recommend this location for service, food, and location.

Just moved to the area and my neighbor recommended this place… Killer “SMASH” style old fashioned cheeseburgers… Don’t pass this place up if you’re in the area… You won’t be disappointed!

I will just start with ; I am aware the minimal food options in the Seagrove- Robins area. However the last 3 times I have went here have been absolutely horrible. The place CAN serve great food, but here lately I have had hour waits for very sloppy, cold and unsettling food.

I even made sure to call the food in 40 minutes earlier because I expected them to be busy on a Friday night, but then I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru that did not budge. So I proceeded to go inside hoping my food was done… it couldn’t be found by all 4 women working the front for the first 10 minutes.. When it finally came time to pay, some middle age blonde woman with full attitude insisted her grandmother to NOW start telling callers of the hour wait and that the customers are coming in upset..>>
I legit hadn’t said a word about my service the entire time.. I get home and my food isn’t even all there.
I am just so frustrated that I couldn’t get a simple apology for any of the mixup or wait. I truly get the memo that this service has been normalized.. maybe because people think we’re all “rednecks” I DONT KNOW OR CARE but I will not be going back.
