What a disrespectful experience. I’m a delivery driver which means I am contracted by your customer to deliver their order in a timely manner. I politely asked a short fused employee at this establishment “when you get a chance could I have that order”. Said order was sitting on the counter the entire time I was there just getting cold. This women paused in her tracks, turned to me, lashed out and rudely said “I’m helping another customer” Her face turned so red it looked like she was going to explode. I asked what’s your attitude for? She lost her mind and went on a disturbed rant about how she was helping someone else and I needed to wait. I explained that I wasn’t asking her to drop everything and help me, but that my order is finished and getting cold and when she “had a chance” could she give me my order. Now she’s turning purple. Threatening me she would call the delivery service on me. I was very polite when I initially asked for assistance, even after being ignored completely by the other staff member. I am always courteous and very polite to every employee of the establishments I pick-up from. The way I was treated was absolutely wrong and I would hope management will look into this

I was passing through the area and found this spot! Definitely stopby! I loved the eggplant sandwich – Panini Napoli and was craving it for couple of days) the service is super quick sometimes you feel a bit rashes but at the end was very professional and caring. I took stuff to go but there is place to eat too. Prices are reasonable, portions are huge I tried also soup and it was good.

Since the new owners took over Stone soup, the place went down. The food does not look as good. The new count the people are not as friendly. The part that really turns my stomach is when you use the bathroom there is no soap in there. It has been like that since the new owners took over. These workers are handling the food without washing their hands with soap. I used to love this place.

Best SEC SPK (sausage egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup) I’ve had in a long time. Long Island deli’s all make this sandwich, and some do a pretty good job, but the one I got today at Stone Soupe was amazing.
The roll was made of bread that was soft and fresh. Perfect ratios of everything. Five stars for breakfast sandwiches!!!!

I had a great experience ordering from this deli. The chicken francese, chicken satay, pasta, and salad were all fresh and flavorful. The brownie was rich and delish!!!Everything was securely packaged and arrived on time in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
