Fun little corner store with great service.
This Jeremiah’s Italian ice location had some very helpful service behind the counter. While the set up is a bit odd since it looks like you can go in but it’s just window service, the staff was very patient, helpful, and accommodating. They gave us a ton of nerds!
Main con was the blue raspberry flavor. Compared to the cotton candy, it didn’t not taste as good. It could have been the combination of the nerds as well, but after a few bites I got tired of eating it. Will come back if I’m in the areas though!

Great spot to get some Italian Ice, Gelati, or ice cream. Grab an ice and enjoy the Bridge way old world feel. Great family spot and a nice place to just enjoy an evening stroll.

I love Jermiahs ice cream…but some of the kids that work there really need customer service training..they just stare at you like you are bothering them instead of saying “hi, what can I get for you?”, “have a good day”, etc. Makes me not want to go back as it has happened too many times at this specific location and it makes me feel unwelcome.

We love Jeremiah’s, but the staff and / or management need to improve. We have been to this location several times, and it seems like they’re out of flavors often. The last time we went, we paid and couldn’t get all the flavors we ordered. When we asked for a refund, we couldn’t get one. Our only option was to swap for available flavors. We will never return to this location.

Delicious Italian ice! I admit, I’ve always been a Sunset Slush fan, but Jeremiah’s wins! So many more flavors + the addition of ice cream has me sold. The service is great and they always offer my dog a pup cup when I have her with me for visits.
Update (1/1/2025):
I’m dropping my review to 3 stars. Showed up ten minutes before closing and saw two teenagers sitting inside on their phones. Signs were still outside as well as chairs. I went up to the window wanting to order and they wouldn’t approach me. Just stood inside staring at me. Eventually I had to walk away. Really rude. You can at least come up to the window and tell me you’re closed instead of staring at me with wild, emotionless eyes.

This is a cool secluded location. The lady who took our order and made our desserts was the sweetest person! It was such a great experience, and our desserts were SOO filled. I definitely recommend this place for a great dessert and a friendly face!
