Walked in this evening and right off the bat, the restaurant smells miserable like sewer. Ordered and the guy helping (shift manager) Mike, was very rude and had an attitude, never once made eye contact, and he then said that since we “ordered a lot of food” that it would take a while for our food to be done. Totally okay but maybe saying things in a nicer tone would get you a 5 star review.

Loved their hospitality. Food was as great as it can be for any fast food chain. Server/greeter was very pleasant. The beverage dispenser didn’t work but they did well with providing drinks from the kitchen area. Will visit again.

Service was fast staff very friendly and professional and the accommodated me very nice of them. Food was hot and fresh and very delicious. I highly recommend Arby’s on Middle road!! Service with a smile.

My boyfriend went to pick up Dinner this evening I got the brisket which I get all the time. The meat was halfway off the sandwich. There was hardly any meat he asked for extra sauce. There was no sauce on the sandwich at all extremely disappointing.. The curly fries seemed like they’ve been sitting there all day. He did not receive his mail at all and he spent almost $18 there. I asked him did he want me to call and he said absolutely not, babe there was nobody in the parking lot. I was the only customer the kid that handed me. My food seemed like he was 13 years old. No type of Customer Service whatsoever how do you give me my drink but you don’t put my food in the bag this happens too often. It was our first and last time ever getting Arby from that restaurant so we lost out on money obviously. I used to work in fast food, and I’ve never messed out on giving somebody their food. It’s so easy to look at the ticket. Check the bag double check the bag to make sure the customer gets all their food horrible experience.

I always love coming to this Arby’s! BUT This location has been without AC for THREE DAYS! How is that even remotely acceptable! The employees deserve better and honestly, how can I trust the food when the franchise owner doesn’t even care enough to have the AC fixed for the hard working staff?!? It was so blistering hot inside that I am shocked the employees were even standing, much less working! Even after all they had been through, the staff were still so polite and friendly! And that shows that they DESERVE BETTER!

Trying to come back here time and time again. I keep getting disappointed by Tara and her style. And her deminor.
Everytime I come here specifically. Not .3 miles from my home. I feel uninvited.
This must change.
Do not rush. Take our orders. Let us tell you what we want. Do not “hi what can we get ya?”

You must be a really bad company if your gonna make your workers work all day for multiple days with out A/C in the hottest days so far this season. One worker reported he had passed out due to the heat. Either close or get the A/C fixed. Those poor employees but they were all very sweet and even handing customers anger with grace. They deserve a pat on the back. Where I think the turbo franchise deserves ANOTHER law suit!

Always GO INSIDE when ordering rather than trusting the drive thru line… I spent almost 20 mins waiting in line for the food for the car in front of me. ☹️ I hadn’t even gotten the chance to pay yet but I’d had enough and needed to get back to work. Wish they’d had a spot for a car waiting on a big order to pull forward into instead. Not how I wanted to spend my work lunch break. Disappointed since they used to be one of my favorite lunch spots

It was 90° outside and their AC was broken. Has been for a couple of days according to the employees (lot of channels to go through to resolve such a big issue). That didn’t stop them from providing a positive attitude and experience at the front end. They didn’t complain, just helped me get what I needed like it was any other day!
I couldn’t have handled it personally, so they must be some tough people!
The food was great, had a buffalo chicken wrap and ate in, which may have been a mistake with how hot it was in there
Appreciate the positive experience in less than decent conditions for the employees.
Hope they get their AC back soon!
