The food here has always been hot and delicious. It’s what you would expect a Pizza Hut to be. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing and service was good. The woman that waited on me was also who say me and I was greeted promptly at the door and my drink was immediately brought out to me. I will definitely come back again when the mood hits.

This is how my food was delivered to me. I notified the guy who delivered and he is deflecting the problem as if it’s the fault of the workers at Pizza Hut! I been on the phone up until the closed because the guy who answered said to me “let me get my manager” manager never came. Like why am I spending $30 for this and to get this kind of service?

Can’t complain about the speed of delivery, it was spot on! However the pizza didn’t do so well. It looked like it had gone through a slalom race! I didn’t get the light sauce requested, way too much! Ordered thin crust but it wasn’t crispy like it should have been! Pics to follow of pizza. Wings were really good though!

The staff locked the doors and stared at me as I was knocking to pick up my pizza. Had to call visa and reverse the charge.

I called this Pizza Hut, and the first time a lady answered whom I could barely understand, I tried to confirm that I was ordering at the Buckhannon location and she told me no and hung up, the second time I called they answered then immediately hung up on me, finally the third time I called I got an answer (after being on hold for 10 minutes) and was able to get my order put in. Upon arrival our pizza was burnt. Before saying anything about that I asked for some garlic butter, and they explained they would have to charge me, I said that’s perfectly fine and asked how much they were per container, the managers reply was to laugh in my face. Terrible food and ridiculous service, no reason a company should hire a manager who is rude to customers.

The pizza was good. Our server was good. However there were not enough servers on shift or working. The only server was clearly stressed without any help. While we were there, there were 7 full tables she was trying to take care of, and I could see it was overwhelming. Not only was she the server, she was also the cashier. Pizza hut used to be one of the best places to get a good pizza in our town, and now it’s barely thought of. It could be awesome again if the management or whoever makes the schedule or does the hiring. Pizza hut has a product but they need to do better for their employees.

Been on hold for 10 minutes trying to talk to an actual human because the first time I called I got a woman I couldn’t understand and then she hung up when I told her I needed to talk to someone about the order I placed. Still on hold while writing this review and will probably not get what I wanted because ordering online, it wasn’t an option so I decided to just call them and let them know what I needed. The service for online ordering is TERRIBLE!
