Well made pizza, order always correct so far so polite drivers who work hard, fast delivery, but I’m just down the road…still fast, they don’t always knock hard so be aware of that, they are VERY good at making anything right so far so I have no problems with the store. YUM! PIZZA!

I’ve had a very interesting experience here where I ordered 2 New York style pizzas and 4 sides, 1 pizza was large and the other medium.. this store was out of the dough for medium and told me to settle for thin crust or hand tossed.. maybe I’m wrong but when I was in customer service, a customer inconvenience was at the store’s expense if it’s because management shows negligence with inventory.. I had a huge order so naturally id think upsizing me a couple inches wouldn’t hurt the store’s pockets too bad to maintain a good customer rapport… that apparently is not the case at this location. The employee was nice though, that’s worth 2 stars instead of 1

wish i could give out negative stars. my order was not delivered to me. after being hung up on the first time and calling a second time to speak with the manager, which led to no solution, i do not have my food nor a refund. do not order from here. i ordered over 2 hours ago and still have yet to have gotten a response from anyone.

So follow me on my journey for pizza. I order 45 ish minutes earlier, the pizza app informed me that my beloved pizza was ready for my embrace (my mouth).
So I pull up happy as can be, and no one answer the service window. For 20 minutes. I pull around slightly annoyed but whatever life happens. I walk up to the door (around 7:15pm) and it is locked. I see 2 employees in the back of the store. Okay cool, I’ll knock. In the rain. For 10 minutes. I finally just call Dominos and have them forward me to this location and someone finally walked up to the door and waved me around to the pick up window.
So I hop back into my vehicle soaking wet and drive back to the window. No one is there. Deja vu. After 10 minutes a nice enough fella opens the window and asked if we have been helped yet. I inform him that no we have not. He finally gives us our pizzas and we leave with decent pizza. Will never be back to that location 🙁
