This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience here. It was so bad, I highly doubt I’ll be going back. The girl took our order over the speaker, she got it wrong and when corrected, she said we were “yelling” at her. Then when we got to the windows, the man at the window was rude. He dropped one of our straws and didn’t even offer to replace it, just shut the window. After reading over the reviews, it’s obvious that this location is not worth it.

Young girl with braids is RUDE and lacks accountability. She has TERRIBLE customer service. She messed up my order. I came back to have it fixed. She still proceeded to get it wrong. Then had the nerve to get mad when I came inside to have it fixed. The phones constantly saying busy when you call. For this to be the newest location they should be doing better.

I ordered the new chicken tenders meal the tenders was fresh 10/10 but the fries where cold and I didn’t get the signature sauce I asked for the jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and the tangerine drink was good 2

Went inside after a hard day to get a good cup of chili, one of my favorite songs was playing and a sweet lady behind the counter gave me my food for free since I waited for a couple of minutes while they were dealing with drive thru traffic….made my day brighter and that’s all I could’ve asked for ❤️

I really hate this. (With high hopes in the beginning of the place opening) This is a brand new Wendy’s and the food and service has gone down hill. A week ago the Grill was down (no burgers) and I had to order Chicken sandwiches for me, family and the company we had with us at home.
Just last night 29May2025 we ordered 2 Dave’s singles, and a chicken ranch wrap, and a cinnamon pull apart. ALL was cold. No further than we had to go home. The icing was just sitting on top. The icing on the pull apart would not even melt.
What is going on with the management for this place, or people wanting to take pride in their jobs, customer services.
Like I said it started out good, steadily going down hill…… Fast.
Gotta do better… I do not like McDonald’s, which is the other alternative fast food we have in Mar-Mac.

The Wendy’s that’s fairly “new” in mar Mac is the lamest excuse for a Wendy’s restaurant..they don’t have a scanner when they haven’t even been open longer than a year if even so you can forget about points or redeeming any “deals” at this store. The only guy that was taking orders for the dining room ignored my wife clocked out and went home. The drink machine doesn’t taste like it’s calibrated correctly so everything taste bland or like soda water. Don’t waste your time here drive to Rosewood if you want a good Wendy’s experience

Dry hamburger and cold FF. Ask for no cheese, had 2 pieces on it. Store is filthy and cashier had an attitude. Won’t go back.

The food was… okay. We went inside to eat and they had no toilet paper, no paper towels, no napkins, no ketchup, and no coke products were available in the drink machine. I asked the worker for napkins and got a very rude attitude as they said, we are out! I asked if they had any paper towels or literally anything like that because I had two children and they obviously get messy when they eat. They went to the back and brought me some paper towels from their employee hand washing sink and threw them down on the counter. This is a very new location with terrible customer service, just okay food, and apparently completely out of everything! Will NOT be visiting this location again.
