We called ahead to see if they were open before going, lots of places are closed due to staffing, or because of the holiday.
When we got there the girl gave major attitude. We ordered an Italian grinder, a Stromboli with no onion, a 7” pizza with black olives, and mushrooms, that came with breadsticks, and a drink, we also ordered a calzone with; ham, pepperoni, and sausage.
When we got home the breadsticks were not done all the way through, the Stromboli had onion, and the calzone had olive and mushroom, and no meat.
The 7” pizza was done right, and the Italian grinder.
I called thinking I would get a recording to let them know, but the girl who took our order answered saying in a very rude way, on how they were closed and to call back another time, when they were actually open. I was aware that they closed 30 min after we left, but the amount of attitude on how it was said was just not right. I asked her to please hold on a minute not to hang up, and let her know about the calzone, I was told to bring it back tomorrow. I made sure I heard right on brining it back, the girl says well yeah! That’s how you gotta get your food done right, which in normal circumstances would be fine with me.
I can cook the breadsticks more, and take off onions ,so I never even mentioned that to her she was not nice as is, and having to save all the food till tomorrow would not help me. I had been out of town, and did not have groceries yet to cook dinner my self, and it was getting late.
My son has special needs, and having things the way he ordered them is crucial to him.
With how she acted I will not drive the 15 minutes back, I will just throw the calzone out, and not deal with it.
I normally would not write this, I have almost erased it 3 times, but being rude is not ok. Also the last couple of times I have been there,parts of my order have been wrong. I had not been back in almost two years, and they sounded good. The food really is delicious.
It only takes a second to be nice to a customer.

My sandwich tonight was absolutely horrible. I ordered a BLT. There was barely any lettuce and no tomatoes. No flavor and just not made well. The lady taking my order repeated it back. The other sandwiches were made correctly but made very sloppy. Not ordering from here again. Didn’t bother calling to report problem because we on our way to an event and couldn’t go back to the store. Very disappointed and definitely would not recommend.

My wife and I eat here every Wednesday night while our kids are at an event. Every week something is wrong. The staff are super friendly, we love the atmosphere, the food is always great but they can’t get five stars for me until they figure out how to make an order right the first time. It’s great food, so I’ve never had any issues with that.

The food that we ordered was good. It was just an awful smell once you open the front door like a gas leak or something. My head started hurting while we waited on our food. The one young lady was touching on other things and went to go fix our sandwich until she saw me looking at her then she changed her gloves. But other than that everything else was ok.

Y’all did it. The chicken garlic pizza was AMAZING. The best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Also, the smothered steak grinder was AWESOME, too. Definitely 10 stars. Thanks everyone.

Went for the first time on new year’s day. They have nice people. They let us stay later to eat because they we’re supposed to be closed. They have some good pizza. I’ve looked at the reviews this place has and either they have some bad workers or they fired them and got some new ones. I had no problems here like the other reviewers did.

The people here were very nice and offered to let us dine in even though they were closing. I had my 1 year old with me and they were very friendly and engaged him and laughed with him. The sandwiches we ordered were very good and we have never tried the pasta or pizza yet.
