I don’t usually complain, but this visit made it impossible to stay quiet. I told the server upfront that I wasn’t looking for a replacement—I just wanted them to be aware of how bad the chicken was. It tasted boiled, bland, and completely unappetizing.
Instead of taking the feedback seriously, the server took my plate and came back with more of the same horrible-smelling chicken. And somehow, it was even worse than the first time. The smell alone was nauseating, and there was absolutely no chance I was eating it.
At that point, it was clear this wasn’t an accident—this is the quality they’re actually serving.
I will never return, and I’d strongly warn others to avoid this place altogether.

Service was decent food just hasn’t been the same , I don’t know if it’s the cooks or the management but my last few times were awful it started with my online order , I went in to get a new meal and the “manager” looked at me like I was in the wrong for what they served me . It was my first time going to Oregano’s. I went with my work team for a group lunch. I ordered the original gyro pita sandwich. The sandwich reminded me of being in a Greek restaurant eating fresh gryo off the rack, and the sauce was a great compliment. A nice lunch experience with great food and cordial staff. I would definitely recommend thos great restaurant.

I have been a loyal customer of Oregano for seven years, but what happened on November 4th completely changed how I view this restaurant. While ordering my lunch, I saw a young man in the kitchen—who I later found out was the manager—eating his own food and picking his nose right where customer meals are prepared. I was disgusted and immediately informed the cashier. When she told me he was the manager, I felt even more shocked.
Instead of correcting his behavior, he became upset and started giving me hostile looks. From that day on, every visit has felt uncomfortable, and the quality of the food has gone downhill. What used to be one of my favorite places suddenly became a place I no longer felt welcomed or safe eating at.
Today was the breaking point. The same manager was working in the kitchen, and the food I received was so bad that I threw it away. After seven years of supporting this restaurant, it hurts to say I will never return. No customer should have to witness something so unhygienic or be treated poorly for speaking up.

I’ve been going to this place for years and I have no complaints. The food is good and it’s a great healthy-ish quick bite.
Chef David is the best and really takes his time to make sure he is providing quality food prepared just the way you like it!

I’ve been a regular here for a long time, and it’s disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. There always seems to be new staff, and from what I’ve heard, employees aren’t treated well. You can feel that shift in the energy of the place. The food has also lost a lot of its quality compared to how it used to be. I’m really hoping management steps up, because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

Loved my shrimp gyro. Very well packed. Perfect temperature, flavors also ordered the lemon potatoes and they’re delicious. Is a flavor I can’t explain but is good. This was my first time ordering from here and it was a good beginning. I’m a new loyal customer. We also ordered the traditional gyro and was great as well. Located at the park centre shops. Takeout and delivery available.

Husband got gyro platter plenty of meat but only one pita and it was all cut up. No fork or napkins in the bag. They weren’t busy so… But I got to clean the bird bath and give them my water bottle. ✌️
