We got take out from here for the first time last night. I LOVE that I can order ahead online. It’s a must! Food was hot and ready when promised and it’s probably the BEST Mexican food we have had in the area. We will be back again ..and again.

Absolutely appalling cleanliness, floors were sticky and smeared with dried mop tracks, same for my table. The condiment holder had foreign matter stuck to it with the same dried sticky tracks. I was then presented with chips and salsa; the salsa had begun to ferment. Those tiny fizzy bubbles tomato sauce gives off once it goes. I noticed this after taking a bite of the fizzy sourness that fermentation gives. I ordered a burrito, pastor. When it arrived it was wrapped in a green tortilla, stale and cracking as I put my knife and fork to it. Once I cut it open a watery refried bean mixture oozed out the color of diaper leavings. Taste, bland with a hint of tin can. And an odd texture which I found to be chunks of canned pineapple. I dug through it looking for the meat, hopless. Bean and pineapple burrito, I assume they ladled the pastor marinade over a scoop of beans and sent it out. Horrible. Not a soul returned to check on me so I made my way to the front counter where 6 staff members were chatting and lost in their phones. I was supplied the bill and tried to voice my issues, one team member seemed to understand enough to fetch someone else with a bit more language. He said that’s what I ordered, it wasn’t, at least by the description presented in the menu. I stated that it was not what I ordered and if it happened to be how they served what I ordered it was disgusting. He was having none of that and was adamant that it’s what I ordered and was good. I began to look a little terse to which he then flailed his arms about and told me to leave. I didn’t hesitate to make haste and exit. Unfortunately 6 miles down the road I had to pull over and was reintroduce to the couple of bites I had foolishly ingested. 1 star is far too favorable but in order to post I was forced to select it. Revolting.

I ordered the 23 dollar steak and was not asked how I would like it cooked. I end up getting the most tough well done steak possible that I wouldn’t have eaten if I wasnt insanely hungry. I finish maybe half of it and I was told “next time i should clarify how I like my steak” when I wasnt even asked originally. Well there won’t be next time with this terrible customer service especially with Las Brisas right down the street. Please do yourself a favor and never go here.

A local friend took us here because another Mexican place was closed on Wednesdays and we were glad he did. We were served very quickly, and the food was hot and tasty. The portion size was generous and the prices reasonable. We also enjoyed the decor and there was ample parking. Definitely recommend this place.

Best pastor tacos I’ve ever had!!! We even ordered some to go! The servers are all so nice and everything was brought to our table so fast we couldn’t believe it! Everything from the salsa to the drinks, appetizers, entrees all 10 stars!!!!! We will drive the 40 minutes to come back here!

Tried this place to enjoy the outdoor River side seating/sunset. Unfortunately the host wouldn’t seat us out there because of dark clouds rolling in. Menu has a lot of American-style options of Mexican dishes. Decent prices, server was ok. We ordered guacamole and it never came but at least she didn’t charge us for it. Food was fine and overhead lighting is bright for a restaurant

The food took this rating to a five. Although the building and location are nice. I imagine sitting outside looking at the river must be nice in the summer. Prices were modest. Staff was prompt and did arrived quickly. Large portions and very tasty. The jalapeno margarita is a version I’ve never had before where the jalapenos are blended in with the house margarita. Very happy they had vegetarian options and the vegetarian chimichanga was outstanding. The black beans on the side had great flavor.

I heard about Pacifico before and I was glad I had a chance to eat there! It’s a nice big clean and colorful restaurant woth a good charm to it inside and out! Service was great; nice and quick and attentive no problems there! The food was excellent. In great portions, well made and overall tasty! No problems, I liked Pacifico and would recommend it to anyone in the mood for Mexican food!
