This is a place I used to visit often and always enjoyed. It’s also close to my workplace, so I’ve been a regular customer.
However, today I ordered chicken teriyaki to go, and it was completely different from what I’ve had here before. The chicken was hard and very dry.
I brought it back to the restaurant and asked them to remake it. But they handed the food back without properly checking it, and when I opened it again, it was the exact same chicken as before.
I was very upset, so I returned once more and asked to speak with the manager. A male staff member did not apologize at all and instead asked whether I wanted a refund or what I expected them to do. I asked for the food to be remade again.
While waiting, I couldn’t clearly see the grill. When they called me and show me the food, the chicken looked exactly the same as the one I had already returned twice. It was still dry, had no shine, and was nothing like the chicken teriyaki I had been used to eating here.
Although I did receive a refund, I ended up not being able to eat lunch that day.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I don’t think I will be coming back.

They have roaches in their food and LAUGHED about it, saying we needed to take it up with DoorDash. Will NEVER return and will tell everyone about this POOR SERVICE and UNCLEANLINESS.
They also make fake accounts to offset the honest reviews. SMH.

The people were nice and friendly. Soon as you walk you in the door you are greeted with a smile and hello. Soon as the order was placed the cooks went to work. Probably only took about 8 minutes from the time the order was place til the time I go my meal.
I was very hungry and was barely able to snap a pic before going to work. The appearance of the food looked good. The taste was ok and the service was top notch.

I went at 1130 today and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento box for $11.99. It came with 4 California rolls, 3 dumplings and extras. It is all delicious!

Definitely call in your order for takeout,also anytime between 1130am to 2pm from my experience there is still a 5ish wait to pick it up.Bento box is huge way more then I consider a lunch size portion . Prices quality and amount of food and sides are great!

I used to love this place. They had the best quick hibachi meals and generous portions. Today, I ordered the same thing I order EVERY. TIME. This time they tried to charge me an extra 3.59 for the same thing I got a few weeks ago. I brought this point up and was called racist by another customer and was yelled at by the owner. What a disgrace. I love this place, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
