I came through the Drive-Thru, had to wait and I was the only one in line. The biggest issue, is that I seem to not get straws or napkins. I always say thank you, no matter what and I really am thankful, but emotionally the servers seem they could care less.

Being from California this was my first time at Hardees. I ordered a coffee and it was empty. The employees weren’t roo friendly so I didn’t want to ask for any..instead I drank some soda. Cinnamon biscuit was amazing.

Bought breakfast this morning at the Hardee’s in Monroeville, AL. The drive through cashier was so accommodating and polite. Food was excellent. Such a nice experience!

My food was good, burger was fresh but the fries could’ve been better. The dining area had some issues with water leaks, which the staff just stuck a sign over and avoided. Cashier was friendly. Bathrooms were not the best. Has handicap parking at front door. Parking lot is horrible, lots of pot holes.

The Hot Honey Biscuit is the way to go for breakfast.. I love my Hardee’s they are quicker than you would think for one drive through. No they don’t always get the order right or forget to put something in the bag but… It’s not that often give people a break the ladies and gentlemen working now have always been very nice to me and I suggest to check your order before leaving the window!!! Food is always at least a 4.5 stars and if I could give my breakfast a 10 I would.

A friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered we had coupons for 3 items the lady said she could accept all of them at one time and we proceeded to pay at the window,when we handed her the money she proceeded to say that they didn’t accept change unless it was rolled as I spoke to her and asked why they didn’t accept change and how it upset me she stated with a VERY BAD ATTITUDE that I was the one that came through the drive thru with change not her. All I can say is since when did businesses not accept American currency and why did she have to be so rude to a customer that was simply trying to get breakfast for her family??? Do not expect an exceptional Job from that lady she isn’t in the mood to deal with the public obviously.
