Amazing experience here. The new Salmon Salad changed my life. Genuinely cried while eating it. Jacob was very friendly and he laughed at my jokes which really enhanced my meal. They were also playing Hall & Oates when I walked in. Such an amazing vibe at this spot. PLUS free parking. Total win all around.

First time visiting at Kale Me Crazy! My service specialist amicably fulfilled my requests to combine the ingredients in the pesto portabella and Tomato Mozzarella flat breads! The combination was great! It was 30 degrees and I wanted a hot drink but the latte machine was out of order, but the Mushrooms coffee Iced latte was good. Fortunately the temp inside was warm! I will be back!!

I ordered the chicken pesto wrap. It was okay. The amount of chicken was sub-par to other places, especially for the cost $13.95+tax ($15.07). The pesto didn’t taste homemade and they put maybe a tbsp of cut cucumbers in it. The presentation was nice so I’ll give them that.
Unfortunately, my experience as a customer was different from everyone that came into the restaurant after me. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When the young man decided to speak to me he said “Let me know when you’re ready.” I almost walked out. I ordered anyway to see if it was worthwhile and truly, it wasn’t. I watched his interactions with 4-5 customers that came in shortly after I sat down to wait. He greeted the first person as he walked in. The next two the same. After that I started my survey. I won’t be back.

Imside is aesthetically pleasing.
Upbeat music to include instrumental tunes.
Cleanliness on the patio, inside, and bathroom (one piece of paper napkin on the floor that’s all).
Accessible space.
Cons
Menu variety is slim.
Customer service (for me) was 2/5
Portion for price poor.

Over priced for the quality of food. I ordered it for lunch, because I wanted something healthy. It was okay, but for the $14.00 price of the meal, plus tax, I could have gone to the grocery store and made my own wrap.
The meat in the wrap was basically lunch meat, and there was more wrap than there was ingredients inside.
The salad was fine, but the salad dressing was basically just oil.
I also paid for a meal that was supposed to come with chips, or a cookie. I did not want either, so I guess it’s okay that they did not bring me the chips. Unfortunately, I did paid for them, though.

My visit to Kale Me Crazy wasn’t bad. I actually enjoyed it. The prices were a little high but that’s okay. I had the Go Getter Smoothie and the Almond Butter Toast. The almond butter toast was fulfilling alone but I still wanted a smoothie because I’m greedy lol. Both products were delicious and I will be back for more.
The employees were kind and informative. My only issue was I noticed that the manager walked in and started working around the cashier and didn’t even acknowledge her until after the cashier spoke to her. What type of leader ship is that? Just because you are a manager you should still show your employees some respect.
Overall, I enjoyed everything and I will be back for more.

The soup of the day I ordered was Moroccan Chickpea and it was delicious. The turmeric flavor was just right. Added the quinoa salad and apparently there was no lemon vinaigrette dressing since my receipt showed no charge for it, I didn’t miss it too much.

Honestly the place is over priced for starters. The quality and size def doesn’t match the price.
What I found funny is the place is called Kale me crazy but only 3 items on the whole menu made with kale. 1 is a smoothie and the other two are kale salad and a Quinoa bowl.
