First time at this location and it was a good experience. Service was fast and polite. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and it was hot and fresh. Location was very clean and organized.

Agree with the previous comment about not being excited to see a customer. Was very disappointed with my sandwich. I paid $5 for this (not including chips)? Will not be back.

We have been under strict quarantine because my husband works with extremely vulnerable individuals. We have not even been eating out anywhere. I decided for lunch on Thursday, April 9 to surprise him. My order was for $23.58. When I arrived, I realized that there wasn’t curbside delivery and so I called inside and talked to the manager. I asked him if he could bring it outside of the shop since there were a lot of people coming in and out. He was nice and said sure. It was 11:20 and my subs were going to be ready by 11:35 or so. I waited in the front row by the window and saw a bunch of bagged orders on a table all next to one another. I sat there for a while and I watched people come in and touch multiple bags trying to find their order on the table. At almost 12:00, I tried to talk to someone inside of the store just in case my order was forgotten. No customers were in the store and no one answered the phone when I called two times. I had to go into the store with my mask and gloves on. When I asked the employee about my order he said it was on the table. It was the bag I saw multiple people touching and I mentioned that concern. He told me that if I didn’t want people touching my food then maybe I shouldn’t be eating out right now. I asked for a refund and he said the manager would need to do that. I never received an apology or a refund. My nice gesture for my husband turned into a big disappointment. I would not have waited in my car if the manager hadn’t said he would bring it out. We live in the area and have had good experiences there before this time. I won’t be eating out anywhere now, I can’t risk the lives of my husband’s clients. In this stressful time I wish there was more kindness. I am still hoping for a refund. As of 4-24-2020, no refund.

Well, Google has this place mislabeled. This is not firehouse subs. It is now a superb taco place. I love how you order and I love the smell of the food and I definitely love the taste. I’ve been here a few times and I will keep coming back.

Good subs! Definitely a different taste than Subway or Jimmy Johns. Medium subs are for normal people, the large subs are enormous, like two meals for me.
They can be a bit pricier here, may e a dollar more per meal than Subway, but they also let you round up and the donations go to first responders. Also, if you are fire/police/ems/military, you get a good discount.
Overall clean and yummy food, good service!

We’d heard really good things about their food so went to give it a try. The subs were really good, especially the NY Steamer, but the service and atmosphere were terrible! I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what but I’m not going back to find out! I asked the cashier what her favorites were there since I’d never been there before and she seemed really annoyed, nobody smiled or seemed happy and they didn’t give my son a fire hat with his crappy grilled cheese. Also you just get a 12oz cup for pop or artificial juice with a kid’s meal so there’s nothing healthy for kid’s to drink with their meal. Also, there are only like 2 tables for 4 people, the rest are all 2 person tables so you have to move tables and chairs around if you’re there with your family.

I hesitate to do this review but I want to illustrate how much service is important.
I’d never tried Firehouse Subs before and came to this location because it is near where I work. I stepped inside and there were three employees behind the counter. It was as if I was invisible.
I stood there and waited wondering if they would offer to take an order. One of them looked at me but said nothing (invisible). The three just stood there chatting away. So I left.
There are enough sandwich places around and I’ve lived a pretty good and happy life with never having had a Firehouse Sub. I imagine I can continue that trend.
One star for bad service and the second because it looked like a nice place.

two visits in a row our order was wrong. The first time I ordered an Italian with no mayo. I got mayo. We were there so they fixed it. The second time I ordered an Italian with no mayo, no tomatoes and another with no mayo. They asked if I would like mustard and I said yes. The first sandwich was just meat. The second was ham not an Italian. We were one of the first customers there when it opened and was impressed. Not so much any more.

I love the subs, but have run into issues at this location multiple times. A few months ago, I tried to call ahead and order, to avoid the long wait times… I called around 8:20pm, waited on hold for over 10 minutes, finally spoke with someone who rudely said they were closing soon, but I promised to be there by 9pm, which is when they supposedly close. When I got there at 8:45pm, the doors were locked. Since I’d already paid over the phone, I stood and waited. When they finally let me in, the subs weren’t done yet and they acted like it was a huge hassle to make them. After all of that, the subs were made incorrectly.
Tonight, I decided to go back (not sure what I was thinking), so again I tried to order ahead. When I called at 8:25pm, no one answered, so I drove straight to the store. When I arrived at 8:35pm, doors were locked. I waited until someone came to the door, and they told me that they start shutting down the line at 8:30pm I guess I thought being open until 9pm meant they were open until 9pm.
Again, I really like Firehouse Subs, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
