Stopped in for lunch. Mostly average but the exception was the Grilled Cheese Brisket. It was very good.
Chicken strips were good but small.
The prices were decent.
Definitely a locals only feel. Understandable in a small town but got that vibe for sure. Just stating.
We stayed close by so it was convenient. Would’ve liked to have tried breakfast. I’d almost bet it’s better.
If passing thru it’s serviceable.

Filled with small town charm, decorated with country rustic design. Good food and prices.
Check the business hours for the day you’ll be here, before planning a visit.

Stopped in for lunch on our way to St Louis. Charming little town. Restaurant is welcoming. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We had fried okra for an appetizer- OMG- just like my mom used to make. I had the BLT and there was so MUCH bacon!! My husband had the grilled cheese brisket sandwich.
