If I could give them no stars I would. Do not eat here. Their recook old wings and serve them to their customers. My wings were so hard and no edible. They went straight into the trash. My daughter chicken tenders were hard, flat and dry. Then I placed my order through menu star which marked the price up more than what they have listed inside the restaurant.

Food was awful. One of our subs was incorrect, had hots and ketchup on it (who puts ketchup on a philly?) even though the receipt clearly shows the first sub requested neither of those things. Looks like they used the worst parts of the tomato. And when they cut the subs in half they got all these little bits of foil in the sub which had to be picked out first, if we even got them all…
Fries pictured in the website not the same. I understand photos may not always be accurate but the website shows shoestring and these were crinkle cut which always get soggy.
Fried pickles were as close to being burnt as they could be without being burnt burnt. Deep fryer grease definitely needs to be changed. There was no saving grace for this entire meal. Since we accepted the food on delivery I did not know if they would take the money away from out very polite DoorDasher Dylan if I requested a refund.
If anyone from America’s Best Wings actually sees this I hope your wings are a lot better than the rest of your food! And no, there is nothing you can really do to make it right. We will just avoid this establishment in the future.

I’ve been coming here for years but unfortunately I’ve reached my point where I can no longer eat here. The wings are HORRIBLE. They cook them and then reheat them when you order, they come out HARD, not made fresh. Very disappointing! I will no longer visit this establishment. It’s unfortunate because the lady is so nice.

Tip (third party). $6.29
NOWHERE ON THE ORDER SITE WAS ANYTHING SAYING THAT A TIP WOULD BE
AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE BILL!
So – I gave the delivery driver $10 CASH!
All together – I paid $56.20
RIDICULOUS!
I will never order from this place again. I feel that they owe me! I want another piece of pie – one that actually looks like the picture on the website. They also need to tell me EXACTLY the fees were that were included in that $8.45 (taxes & fees) and they owe me
the $6.29 that they added to my order as a tip.
So – they owe me $2,50 (I pd for a slice of pie
and I got a sliver of pie.
$6.29 for the tip they put on without my
permission.
Tax should have been less than $2 so what were the fees that cost me more than $6.00
Total – $2.50 +$6.29+$6.45 equals $15.24 !!

I placed an order on their website at 5:54pm. At 8:15pm after trying to find out where my food is they canceled it. I’ll be contacting their corporate office tomorrow.

Horrible! I couldn’t even get it off the counter for I immediately asked for my money back! It’s nothing like the Americas Best on Blue Water in Odenton. This one on Hospital drive is trash!!!! The whiting was burnt in old grease ! And then the “owner” , “manager” whomever he was asked if I wanted it to be remade after I just asked to keep the fries as the cashier took my refund out the drawer. I asked was he complimentary giving my money back and he yelled “ why would I give you money I’d I remake, I have no business , no manager and I work here!”
That’s not my problem! Your food is trash and then tried to blame it on a new cook ! Never again! I recommend the Americas Best wings in Odenton!! This one will never receive my business again. Not to mention the prices are way better !!

The chicken wings I ordered were hot and fried to perfection however, I didn’t taste any seasoning. The wings were very tasteless and boring. Chick-fil-a has more flavorful chicken than the chicken I ordered here. This was the first and last time eating here. I don’t enjoy bland food.
