We went for the burgers. Loved the grouper bites. The burgers were pretty good hand packed and tasty. Well done though the southern burger toppings were a little light. The night we were there the service was pretty slow and disjointed. The server was very pleasant however. Drinks could have come quicker making the wait seem less. Would like to try some of the other menu items. Prices were average for the area

Was warmly greeted upon entering. The place was clean and inviting. Self seating. The waiter(did not give his name) came over and took my drink order quickly and told me of drink specials. I had seen the add on Facebook about shrimp and steak dinner for $19.99 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that was the reason I went!! The food came quickly and was delicious!! The shrimp were fresh. The food was hot. Homemade mashed potatoes! It was almost more than I could eat. The bartender was very friendly and carried on casual conversation! Can’t wait to try their mahi mahi!!

I just want to say thank you to Marker 3 for hosting us tonight for a wonderful night before our men and women’s conference championship dinner. They hosted 50 happy cross country runners and coaches to an awesome pasta dinner, salad, and delicious bread. I personally loved the ranch dressing and salad. The restauraunt served us at no cost and what a wonderful way to give back to our community. We appreciated it and made sure the wonderful wait staff was tipped for helping our last dinner together as a full team go so smoothly. We hope to make them proud and thank you so much to the owner of this wonderful business in our community and Chef Bell.
I can’t wait to come back and order a nice steak I hear so many people rave about.

This is a great place if you travel with family. Very unique to serve brunch and lunch. Who doesn’t like eggs and pancakes? The burgers are cooked to order. Whoever is in the kitchen knows how to make a great burger. Clean place with great styling.

The fried deviled eggs were awsome! The filling was great and they were dipped in an egg wash i think and fried…you must try them! The grouper bites were fantastic, fries were cooked just the way i liked them, we also got the grouper burger, and i got a side of bacon and sausage for my dog and shared the grouper bites with him as well. I had one margarita on the rocks while i waited on our to go order and it was very good! I enjoyed talking to the bartender while our food was being prepared! I would go back to this resturant again in a heartbeat. It was better than anything we had on Atlantic Beach but it is the off season so maybe in season there would be a better selection!

As a frequent diner at Marker 3, I just want to say this place serves some of the best ingredients I’ve ever tasted in my life. You can truly tell there’s quality and love poured into every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Sure, like any new restaurant, there might be a few small mistakes here and there but that’s part of what makes Marker 3 so unique, fresh, and real and they build on this. The food, the atmosphere, and the people all come together to make it something special. I’d recommend anyone stop by and experience it for themselves you won’t be disappointed.

This place just opened up. The food was super good and a very affordable price. I can’t wait to go back again and try the surf and turf. If you are in town you have to check this spot out.

The first time I went here I waited over 30 minutes for a shrimp burger. It was delicious! The shrimp was huge and was cooked perfectly. The second time I ate there I got the shrimp dinner. The shrimp was very small and was poorly cooked.The cocktail sauce was frozen. My husband was charged for a beer he was told was on the house and I was charged full price for a glass of wine that had been advertised as being $5. The bartender said that was only for one night night. Check out the Facebook post. It says different!
I only ate a small portion of my dinner and complained to my waiter. He said he would share my comments with the owner. We will not be back.
