Went to this restaurant, ordered the jerk wings, rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain and waited about an hour for my plate. I assumed it would be fresh so I didn’t mind but instead it tasted very old. The chicken was super dried out, the rice and peas were very dry like it had been sitting out, the cabbage didn’t have much flavor either. Not to mention, there was an unruly lady in the restaurant yelling at customers. For $30 and an hour wait I’d expect better quality. Such a shame.

Bad customer service – When you walk in, the employees look at you like you’re supposed to greet them. And even when you do, they don’t say anything back.
Too expensive – Small portions with big prices, and to make it worse, the menu has the prices covered, so you’re forced to ask what everything costs.
Back to the attitude – Don’t lean into the stereotype. It doesn’t hurt to be polite to people.
PS: Where is the health inspector’s grade? I didn’t see it displayed anywhere.

I just called today and had a pretty difficult order dealing with my DoorDash, however the way that the cook and the young lady who answered the phone handled me with care. I definitely will recommend an order again very kind of people . ❤️

I recently ordered a meal, and I was quite disappointed. The rice was bland and overcooked, and the meat was tough and lacked flavor. The cabbage was soggy and didn’t taste fresh at all. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We ordered online, the food was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes… 30 minutes later we received cold food. One of the customers (drunk white women) talking crazy and going off on customs. As far as the employees, they just don’t care about their jobs and it show. We will not be returning.

Was ready to give this restaurant five stars based on past visits. But I wasn’t too impressed this time. As always they give you plenty, but this time the food was kind of bland. I ordered the oxtail, jerk and curry chicken. None of the meats had me craving for more and the rice and cabbage was so so. The service was friendly and fast but I expected the food to be much better than what it was. I’m going to give them the benefit of doubt this time though because this is not the norm. Based on that I will still recommend that you give them a try.

We came to visit family in the Killeen area. Nothing compared to the Jamaican food in the Dallas area.
My advice to the owners. Go and learn from an authentic Jamaican restaurant on how to do it. Honest review!

If this is a large, what is a small? This is like the 3rd time I’ve paid for a large on Uber eats and was sent a small. They short you on the meat and just send a plate of rice.

I was raised by my Jamaican grandmother and great grandmother so its a challenge finding food that measures up. Yo this Oxtail Jerk Chicken plate from @little_jamaica_lounge hands down one of THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD spots in the area. Portions are huge, prices are good and the flavors are on point. Taste like grandmas . My go to spot from now on and they are open on Sundays .

First visit and you know me super honest is the best policy. My biggest complaint would be it took twenty minutes to get food that is already pre-prepped! The food was Luke warm and it should have been hot at least with that long of a waits. We were given a cup of ice with one sip of spite in it. The cashier was knowledge and very kind during our order. She explained to me what I was ordering and delivered our food with a smile. I am interested in the night life but I hope they fix the ceiling because it looks like it’s ready to cave in one spot. The dining room was clean and I loved the music. Curry chicken is in point in ever sense of the word jerk chicken was a tidbit spicy for my Palate but manageable. Plantains are very sweet I don’t do a lot of sweets anyways but they were tasty and I enjoyed my entire meal. CoCo Bread tasted like a regular dinner roll to me nothing amazing honestly but overall I will recommend to others very yummy
