The Messy Pig catered my wedding in October,25 and it was an incredible experience. From my first time meeting with Daryl to the end of my wedding day- he was amazing to work with. He is extremely down to earth and communicating with both him and his wife Melissa was super easy and straight forward. Not to mention the food is incredible-I’ll be dreaming about my wedding food forever. The corn nuggets are amazing 🙂 can’t wait to go back and have some more food.
They set everything up and took everything down very efficiently on my wedding day. they brought everything that was needed and it made my wedding go very smooth! didn’t have to worry about anything regarding the food.

The Messy Pig catered our wedding. It was a fantastic experience and the food was delicious. We had many guests tell us they loved the food and the variety of sauces. We had the pulled pork and chicken – it was tasty and moist. We also served three hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour – Swedish meatballs, pierogi, and corn nuggets. We received positive feedback from many people, and we loved everything, including the delicious mac and cheese.
They came to our venue and handled everything, from drop-off to set-up, serving, and clean-up of the buffet. The owners, Daryl & Melissa, are very friendly, super responsive, and helpful. They answered all our questions. We highly recommend The Messy Pig to anyone in need of catering.

Really good brisket. Really good sauces, recommend the Bacon Bourbon if they have it. Large portions of Mac and cheese.
Would recommend if you want to try multiple things to go with the pontoon or the other sampler to share between two people (there will be enough Mac and cheese) and then order additional meats as desired.
I don’t know if the AC was busted when visiting (7/22/23) but it was warm inside, would recommend keeping that in mind if planning to dine in – there is a beautiful park across the road for an impromptu picnic.

Fantastic wedding catering service! Daryl and Melissa were a pleasure to work with, and the food got high compliments from our guests. We tried a few BBQ joints in the area, and none of them were as easy to work with as Messy Pig. It was very easy to get in contact with them, and the rate was very affordable for the quality of the service and food.

1st time there food was awesome. They have 25 to 30 different sauces an you are able to take any that you like they have little jello shot cup with a lid for the sauces its self serve. The wings were great an the pled pork was as well .I will be back for sevonds!!!

Messy Pig catered my wedding last Saturday and they are quite frankly the best! They are incredibly personable, professional, and responsive! The tasting was more of a meal than a tasting and all of the food was incredible! All guests raved about the brisket, sausage, and pulled pork, the Mac and cheese, and the perogies! Could not have asked for an easier process or a better company to work with. Thank you for making our wedding day fantastic!

The food is great here. When they are open, it is definitely a place to visit. They also offer catering, so if you are in need of a caterer, this place is worth it. Besides the vast variety of a menu, the amount of sauces he has for his food is wonderful. My only complaint is that they’re not open more.

We used Messy Pig Catering at our daughter’s wedding in the Womelsdorf VFW Barn. The food & staff were exceptional in every way! We chose some off-the-menu items and everything was so fresh, delicious, superbly prepared and served. The prices were really reasonable. So many guests commented on how delicious everything was. I will always want Messy Pig served when I’m at an area event. Where’s the Food Truck? Thank you so much Daryl, Melissa and staff!

We hired The Messy Pig to cater our wedding and it was the best decision we made! Daryl and Melissa were so helpful throughout the planning process and came to my aid with finding tablecloths at the last minute.
