This is my problem with Canes, I specifically asked to not be given “wet” tenders. I went two nights in a row. The first night I went inside and when I asked the young lady to ensure the tenders are cooked completely she looked at my like I said something wrong. I checked the tenders and they weren’t crunchy but they the weren’t wet. I went back tonight, 10/9 and ordered the EXACT same thing, which is a box, no slaw, with fries instead of slaw with a sweet tea/lemonade. Two different prices and the chicken had several wet spots. Inedible. They literally took the food and tossed it in the box and the tenders weren’t fully cooked. They weren’t busy at all. I don’t understand how this happens. A waste of my money.

This place has its up and downs…. New staff everyday it seems. The food I got was not that good. Canes is really expensive compared to eating at other restaurants for the amount of food that you receive… Quality needs to be better for the amount you charge… Canes need to get it together

Upon arriving, you are immediately welcomed by a positive atmosphere filled with happy faces of people who genuinely enjoy being at work. The food was cooked to perfection, and the dining experience was delightful. ordered a kids meal but they wouldn’t let me substitute the fries for coleslaw, which meant I had to buy the coleslaw on the side. Not ideal but not the end of the world.
Chicken: 7/10, maybe even 6.5/10. Very juicy and crunchy, but not much flavor in the batter
Coleslaw: 9/10. This is what coleslaw should taste like! Vinegar based, not too sweet, awesome. Would be better if it were shredded cabbage instead of chopped.
Chicken and coleslaw: 8/10. The coleslaw pairs soo well but the chicken just needs more flavor. .

I decided to give this a try because it’s always crowded. I was highly disappointed. I will say the food was fresh and warm. The staff was friendly and the line moved fairly quickly. The menu selection is very small. The toast is weird. More like a slice of warm bread. The flavor is missing from the chicken. They rely solely on the sauce which isn’t that great. It’s like a person with no soul worked at churches chicken and said “We gotta do something about this grease” and only remembered half the recipe to season the chicken. If you like food with flavor this is not for you. Go to Waldos and save your time with a few more options as well.

We were sent there by Google to try Nashville Hot Chicken, which they don’t have. The girl at the counter was very nice. She explained that they don’t have that, and told us where to go get some. We didn’t eat there, but it was a clean fast food restaurant and the staff was great.
Perhaps we should have tried it, because we didn’t care for the place we went.

Extremely slow. I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru line 10 minutes and have hardly moved. I’d expect it’s going to take close to 30 minutes to receive my food.
Update: received no straws and no napkins either

Always check your order before you get to your destination. I ordered drive through. Just checked my order. They gave me 19 fries, I counted. Honestly just disappointed.

Ate here tonight. Chicken was great. Fries were ok. Only one sauce plus hot Louisiana Hot Sauce in packets available. Need multiple sauces like Chick Fil A offers. Not an extensive menu options. It was loud. Must have been teenage hangout night.

We have had Raising Cane’s in other cities and we’re nervous to try this location due to the enormous line and it’s new build but we were amazed at the quickness of the service and how well the employees communicated. The store was nice and clean. The line for ordering was not very well thought out but that’s nothing the employees can fix. Overall, we had a great experience at this location and are excited to return! This is one of the only places our child will eat chicken!
