The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous. I tried the Ahi Tuna & Salmon bowl with a mix of rice and greens, and it was delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. Don’t forget to pair your bowl with one of their refreshing boba teas (a must!)—it’s the perfect combo! Highly recommend this spot for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal.

Probably the best boba tea I’ve ever had (which is surprising since I’ve been stationed in Korea before). Really recommend their spicy beef bowl as well. Great food and helpful staff. Don’t sleep on this place, this is great Hawaiian food for a reasonable price.

I entered at lunch, ever other restaurant was full. This one was empty. No big deal. There were some door dash orders ready to go so I figured maybe it’s more of a to go place.

Got my bowl started eating and at first it was yum. Then not so much. I don’t know how, but the rice tasted weird. It was just off. All the toppings tasted fine, and I ended up eating them off the top, but any part that mixed with the rice was just weird.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but when half the bowl is rice and half your meal tastes bad I’m not interested in going back.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar, specifically highlighting the cleanliness and lack of odors, which were key factors in my dining decision. The culinary offerings are exceptional, representing the best in the Houston tunnel. During my visit approximately four months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sipa. Her professionalism, expertise, and welcoming approach were immediately evident. She demonstrates a strong work ethic, mirroring that of her staff. Unlike experiences at other establishments, where responsibilities may be disproportionately placed on employees, Mrs. Sipa’s consistent positive attitude and dedication, as demonstrated by her availability during various hours, including late evenings, are noteworthy. Mrs. Sipa consistently seeks feedback on customer well-being and overall experience. I believe her contributions are invaluable to the organization and strongly recommend retaining her services. I hold similar sentiments regarding one of her employees, Mrs. Gaby.

P.S. The presence of such exceptional individuals is highly valued.
I recommend retaining their services, as they are a significant asset to the restaurant.

Sincerely,
Felicia Crawford

Solid bowl of Poke for a good price in the tunnel’s. BYO poke options were not overwhelming so made choosing easy. Overall maybe not the best Poke I’ve had, but definitely good considering the price and location.

Poke bowls and Boba Tea are the main menu items. The have a set menu you can customize or choose your own. I had the #2 Shrimp and Salmon bowl. Half rice half salad for the base and a sesame type dressing. A strawberry black tea with boba. The combination was good and the price was about what I expected. Seating was in the general tunnel cafeteria area. Will order from here again.

Very impressed with the manager of this location. I accidentally ordered pick up for the wrong location, and without me even asking she offered to make me a bowl. Sounds like this is a recurring problem (hopefully they’ll be able to distinguish the two locations on the website better), but I appreciated that they didn’t make me have to walk to the other location.

Also, the poke was delicious! I liked the rice, which was warm and a little sweet, and thought the spicy tuna was good (appreciate it was in chunks rather than ground up). Would definitely go back!

I’m slightly embarrassed to share that I eat at Uncle Shark II at least 2 or 3 times per week. I’ve tried all of the poke places in Houston tunnel system and this is my favorite.

The staff is wonderful and the quality of the food is great. As a middle-aged man that tries to eat healthy (some of the time), this is a completely guilt-free and delicious option. Give it a try…you will not be disappointed.
