We came up the drive thru 30 mins before closing. My expectations were that we would be refused service because the machines were already clean or would be met with an unfriendly employee…..Yet this was not the case at all!!
We were met with the most energetic voice as if it was 7am and they were so excited to take our order. All our orders were correct, all made in a timely manner and customer service exceeded all expectations. The two people that were on closing shift Thursday did an amazing job. Having worked in service industry I know I would’ve had attitude if a group of people came in 30 min to closing and I am so impressed at the professionalism and high level of customer service experience last night.

The attendant at the drive thru instructed a customer to not smoke in their vehicle for the health of Starbucks employees. When the driver stated this was their last time at Starbucks, the attendant said that’s perfectly fine….

Our drinks were delicious! My drink did get messed up but they quickly and politely fixed it. They let us keep the messed up drink. There was a nice seating area here. They were polite and professional.

My bill was $5.25 and I gave the cashier a $10 bill plus a quarter. She told me she couldn’t put the coin in the cash register. she had no clue as to how to figure out what she owed me back so she gave me the quarterback and gave me $4.75.

I wish I could give this no stars. I’ve given this place too many chances. Every drink i order is never full. Never made right. And when you try and get them to fix their mistake they tell you that you have to buy another drink. I little popped thr lid off at the counter to show the employees and all I got was a shrug. Sucks because I do enjoy Starbucks coffee just not from this one.

This store has an issue with accuracy. Drinks are not being made to specifications and items are left out of the order entirely. There are also big issues with running out of items frequently but that could be a supply chain issue, not just mismanagement. But I think the biggest issue with this location is underfilling drinks; whether it’s an employee not caring or an absence of proper training I don’t know, but it’s the customers who pay the price. And dang, Starbucks, how can you afford to pay for your new CEO to ‘commute’ on a corporate jet but not give your customers what they paid for?

Visited this location for the first time. Guess I understand why it has mediocre reviews. I stood at the front for about ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then asked “are you ready to order?”. No apologies or anything. Umm.. yeah I have been for 10 minutes. Then 2 of 3 of my drinks were unsatisfactory. “Very bland” not sweetened appropriately. Won’t be back.
