This Rita’s location is terrible.
The amount of icecream you get in a large, for $7, is absolutely embarrassing. Look at the attached picture.. these are both large. I’ve been to half a dozen other ritas and they fill to the brim. This one? Barely even gets to the large part of the cup.
The owner of this location should be ashamed. You bring dishonor to the Rita’s franchise.

Extremely disappointed that I paid $7 for a large ice cream. A large!! I will patronize a local small ice creamery from now on. I even asked to make a complaint but the staff just ignored me and took other customers orders. Disappointed in the service and the price I paid.

Been going here for years great customer service and Italian ice I always go with the cherry flavor it’s great. There’s only outdoor seating here but there’s a parking lot so you can sit in your car

I was here at 8:30 pm and they don’t want me to attend me. They told me that the store was closed when in Google says that it closes at 10:00pm. We are regular customers and always came to here for eat ice cream.

First off who doesn’t absolutely love Rita’s? Although some locations are lacking South Plainfield delivers everytime. They have all types of flavors and the staff are so nice. Been coming here since I was little. I got my favorites cotton candy & Swedish fish then decided to try the black cherry which was okay and the chocolate chip mint ice which I surprisingly liked more than regular ice cream. Also got for home the oreo custard cookie sandwiches. They even gave me a little cup of sprinkles on the side as requested. I miss the peeps flavor they carried one year and i think strawberry and banana. Either way SP and Edison are my go to locations.

Love the variety. But the customer service is really bad. The young kids working there seem really angry. No greeting OR SMILE, just HOW CAN I HELP YOU. Then they put their (dirty) hands in the cups and handle the spoons from the side we use to eat out of. I asked the one kid to not handle the spoons or not to put his hands in the cup. Then he went to the back freezer to scoop up icy and his thumb in it. (He thought i couldn’t see him).

I love the flavors pina colorda & pineapple. They always call me when they have these flavors. Rita’s on Park Ave in South Plainfield is great. Stop by sometime and see for yourself.

The custard is so delicious and creamy!! It’s Rita’s, so you know what you’re getting. Here theyre friendly and quick service is a great addition to the treats. 🙂

App was sown, could earn my reward for Free cone, then when I went to get my Reciept to pro’ve I made purchase the team member didnt give me Reciept. And moved on (cleared my purchase) to other customer. I took picture though and message yourvgead quaters, this isntbthe first time this has happened. The come was delicious though but taste not good knowing I keep not earning reward toward the next .
