I arrived at approx 1:30 and placed a cash order at the terminal..There is am waiting while orders were prepared for drive thru, pickup and people arriving. After about half an hour I ask about my order and I am told that since it was a cash order it doesn’t appeR on their system. So I would have been there all day waiting while they are seeing me there. I was there with my elderly mother. The chicken was very dark and hard. Not even extra crispy but super crispy. I paid almost 32 dollars for my order and it was a waste of money.

I asked a Team member who I asked sue to customize my order she was very helpful when asked to customize my order without it being a option and she didn’t seem to mind at all sometimes I ask and they seem irritated or mad I asked I’m just very picky and it wasn’t a option on the screen all around every one was very kind and helpful cause it’s been a while since me and my children been here !! We’ll be sure to be back we come always after the kids doctors appointments and never disappointed

I visited this restaurant today, July 2nd, around 1-1:15 PM. The manager Chris greeted me warmly and assisted me with my order. They provided exceptional customer service. The cook, KJ, prepared everything to perfection. The nuggets were crispy and delicious, and the fries were perfectly cooked. The biscuit was soft and fluffy, not dry at all. Overall, I had a great time enjoying the food and the pleasant atmosphere.

Been a bit since I had KFC. This is a top tier location for sure. Looks newly built/remodeled. Did the drive thru on 7/10 around 9PM. Had the 4 piece combo. Hands down, the best KFC I have ever had. Chicken was fresh and piping hot. Seasoned fries were awesome. Lady who took my order was very courteous and pleasant. I’ll be back for sure.

Today is December 7th 2025at 6:34 pm. My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We couldn’t even finish our dinner because there was ants all over the table. Please don’t eat here. If I can give this place a negative 50, I will do.just that.

Man did this place let us down. A group of us placed an order and picked it up one night.
– Chicken was not fresh at all, had to have been sitting out for a while. Stale, dry, not hot, bland and needed sauce to taste okay at all.
– Forgot the fries and potato wedges for all of our orders. This stung the most.
– Didn’t give us any straws in the bag for any of our drinks.
Just all around bad experience, ripped us off by forgetting all the fries. This place should be not in business with all the other good fried chicken restaurants in the area (Daves Hot, Popeyes).
