We’ve visited this restaurant three times, and unfortunately, this visit will likely be our last. Each time, we’ve had issues with flies, but this visit was the worst—several were constantly landing on our food and drinks, with one even ending up in our water. It made for a very unpleasant dining experience. Additionally, we were surprised by unmentioned upcharges on the bill: $8 for onion rings and $2.50 for a side salad. The server also did not ask how we wanted our steak cooked, and it arrived overcooked. While we’ve dined in outdoor settings in warm climates where flies are common, they often have measures to keep them away. Here, despite the cold weather, there were five or six flies buzzing around our table, which was both distracting and unsanitary.

Came in for a drink after walking through town. LOFT bar is up a flight of stairs- warning Not handicap accessible! There are tables ground level. We went upstairs to the bar to order drinks then sat at a table. Plenty of tables available. Good music playing (not live) and people having a good time. As we were leaving, more people started showing up for dinner. Did not have any food so I can’t rate but drinks were good, average price.

LOFT is awesome! My wife and I went here for day 1 of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. It was a Thursday and we made reservations just to be safe, but it was pretty open for seating, I would assume that’s not the case during the weekend. My wife had a salmon salad special and the salmon was flakey and cooked perfectly! I had the seared tuna dinner. Once again, cooked perfectly rare and the sides were great. The only thing that dinged the food to 4 was the beet tower was underwhelming, no real spices or flavors besides what was on the plate. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend!

I’m a Wisconsin native and a frequent Door County traveler and I hadn’t made it to The Loft yet. It makes me sad I’ve waited this long!
The waitstaff not only had fast and kind service but they helped give us good recommendations as well. The food was so tasty the only thing I wish was different was the cheese curd portion size. I’m big person so maybe that’s it, but they were so good I just wanted more for the price.
Will be going back!

We had a wonderful lunch at this place. Cooking is outstanding. We were glad to see good selection of non-fried dishes. Everything is very flavorful. Excellent wine list. We had mushroom ravioli and grilled salmon over green salad and other sides. Should be back tomorrow.

We attended a large scale dinner here and I will say how well they were able to accommodate the large crowd. The food was good worth exploring the menu again. Atmospheric this was wonderful, with the removed wall and the roof with the heaters it felt very outside while being inside with minimal breeze.

I had their beet tower and it was fantastic. One of the best menu items I’ve ever had. A perfect combination of ingredients. That, along with the asparagus appetizer (and wine) , made for a perfect meal. My server Cosmin was great!

We came for a dinner on Friday and had to come back today to try some of the burgers for lunch. My dad got the cheese curds for the first time and had to order them again! Food was amazing, the place is spacious, nice and clean! Loved the sunflowers! Shout out to Aaron and Yurgy for the best service! And compliments to the manager for
