Place an order for delivery at 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. Did not receive it until 9:10. The pizza was overcooked and cold. Tried calling the store. I was on hold for 25 minutes and no one answered. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from them again

Worst Dominos! Do not go by how nicer looking it is compared to other stores.
I read the reviews but by the time we had already put in the order.
They put 2 different kinds of meat despite ordering veggie pizza. Thank god my wife saw it right out the box and upon further checking found chicken too.

Worst place- same thing happened over 3 times in last few months. Staff working as it they dont care, they just want their paycheck. Irresponsible, disrespectful, untrained workers who dont care of anyone’s money or food. Very miserable in using proper quantity of ingredients in making pizza. Dominos dont care so there is no customer service. Management sucks. Dominos sucks. Try local pizza next time. Never coming back here.

Waiting over an hour and half for a single order a pizza and bites, honestly i expected the workers to have more sense of urgency, couldn’t tell who was in charge or if they even have anyone here they all look confused and don’t know what they are doing, can’t handle being under pressure, comes with the job in my opinion with experience in fast food restaurants. I have ordered 5 times from here. I have been skeptical every time due to the low reviews. Expecting them to eventually mess up. Yet every time, at around 4-7pm I get my pizza, it is Fast Food Pizza good and I continue my work day.
Have had no issues. Orders have always been fulfilled and the drivers have always listened to my note I leave for them. I do always tip $3 tho lol.
Picture posted is about how it has looked every time. I tried the sausage this time around, it’s okay and struggles to stick to the pizza. I think the pieces are just too big to adhere. Otherwise no complaints.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a Domino’s Pizza.
I ordered two pizzas online on New Year’s Eve. The estimated prep time was 44–55 minutes, which I completely understood given the holiday. When the app notified me that my order was ready, I went to pick it up—only to find that they had prepared one pizza instead of two, even though I had already paid in full online.
What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency to fix their mistake. I ended up waiting almost 40 additional minutes for the second pizza. The staff appeared unmotivated and disorganized, and the store wasn’t even busy at the time—which made the delay even more unacceptable.
This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. I will not be returning to this location and plan to contact corporate, as there should be better standards for how a franchise is managed. Very disappointing experience.

Not worth the wait. Ordered carryout, showed up when it was supposed to be ready. Waited another 45 minutes after that. In total it took over an hour and a half for the pizza. Could ordered from anywhere else for cheaper and better. I just wanted somethin quick. Nothing for waiting this long either.

So I had order just a normal pepperoni pizza with nothing else and the pizza was almost $30 then they said it would take 30-45 minutes to deliver( I live 4 minutes away) and after waiting 30 minutes no one had shown up then i waited another 30 minutes, still there was no pizza then after another 45 minutes of waiting i called the Dominos to ask about my pizza but was put on hold for 36 minutes. This is the worst service i have ever had with a pizza place. If you’re looking for good and fast pizza try your luck somewhere else.

I want to report a very troubling experience at your store on 611 Golf Road. It was, without question, the worst pizza-ordering experience I’ve ever had. The store was in complete disarray, and the manager was yelling and even throwing pizza on the floor while shouting at an employee. Several customers, including me, were visibly shaken by what we saw. If my order hadn’t already been paid for, I would have walked out.
This was an unacceptable display of unprofessional behavior. I’m asking that you make this right and refund the cost of my order. I hope you address this situation so no other customer has to witness something like this.
