This location is sooo inconsistent. One day you’ll go here and the drink is great, the next day the same drink is terrible and have to toss it out after trying it. I go to the Lawrence locations and never have a bad experience. I only order a caramelicious if it matters. Staff is always super friendly though!

I went to scooters in Topeka Kansas a few weeks ago and they made the most amazing sugar cookie latte I’ve ever had in my life. It had whipped cream on top and blue sprinkles. It just looked like a Candyland delight so then I decided to try scooters in Eudora a few days later, and ordered a sugar cookie latte. It had no foam and taste like burnt coffee. So today I tried again at the Eudora store. There is no foam on top maybe a few blue sprinkles and it taste burnt again. Does the Eudora store not understand how to make coffee? Eudora is close to my home and I was hoping that this would be my second best coffee shop near my house but now I don’t think I will go back again. I have attached a photo of the Topeka, Kansas store and a the Eudora store. Two totally different coffees.

I have been here several times in the morning. The staff is always nice and patient when I ask questions about the drink options. The service is incredibly fast and my lattes are consistently perfectly made. I love the quick breakfast options in a pinch.

This review is for Scooters in Eudora, KS! I placed an order this morning and didn’t realize I had left my wallet at home. When I went to cancel the order the gal ended up letting me have the order for free because she said she would have to key it out anyway because it had already been made. I have been having a rough week this week, and it was really nice to catch a break like that. I really appreciated her kindness and the coffee was delicious!

90% of the staff is extremely kind and efficient. As far as order accuracy goes, I’d say it’s a 70/ 30 experience of getting the correct item. I’d suggest that the staff just reads the order back so we as the customer can verify they heard us correctly. I think I’ve only had someone read it back to me 2 times. Other than that, for a small town, the quick coffee suffices! 🙂

I come here almost every other day for my coffee and this morning I was a bit upset. I ordered a coffee and the egg bites and I always ask for two salsa packets. The new manager told the lady at the window to charge me $1.10 for two packets of salsa. While it may not seem as a big deal. In my opinion that was too much for two small packets and because of that I will be purchasing my coffee else where.
