So I had to go delete my one star review that I had for this place, I actually was never going to come back here but last week I gave it another try. It was the same server that took care of me last week as tonight. Her name was Tasha and she was awesome both times and has completely restored my faith in this place. She deserves a raise an employee of the month. She is really on point very friendly service definitely will go back now. Thanks Tasha and a better staff than before.

I ordered on the app and received my food. I asked for extra sour cream on both and extra rice on my salad. There is no sour cream on either the burrito or salad. The salad barely had any rice. The best they could give us is 2 bevs and then when we tried to talk to them they said we can’t do anything else. I’m using my own sour cream with this order. This is very disappointing. The last order here was amazing. This one is leaving less to be desired

Avoid this place! There’s a reason it barely has 2 stars. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I ordered a bowl and a kids’ meal—had to ask three times just to get more rice. When we got home, the chicken was so chewy it couldn’t be eaten, and to make things worse, I found a hair inside the kids’ meal. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible experience all around—definitely won’t be returning.

I asked for extra they did not comply paid 9 bucks for half a bowl full. Trash service trash employees have had an issue with this locations service numerous times they act like asking for extra when they already don’t give enough is a problem. They don’t even fill the scoop up then get mad & ugly attitude when you ask for more because they simply aren’t putting enough in the bowl have gone to numerous locations never had such crappy service expect this location.

Picked up my mobile order in the drive thru but was given the wrong food. When I pulled back around to ask for the correct food the girl working the drive through face plamed and asked me multiple times what food I needed. She eventually walks away and told another crew member we gave her attitude but the woman who came up to help and resolve the issue was very professional unlike her. We finally received the food we ordered and it was given to us with an attitude yet again. This place reeks of unprofessional attitude seek your burrito bowls elsewhere!

This Chipotle is absolutely terrible. Every time we order, they mess it up. This time, they didn’t put the side of guacamole in our order. Waited an extra 10 minutes to get it. Once I got home, I open the kids meals only to discover that they didn’t even make the quesadillas for the kids. Just cold tortillas. No cheese.
When we went back to request a refund, they refused and insisting on remaking. For over an hours time, you can get much better food and service.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

girl at the counter had a bad attitude. was upset that it was busy all day even though there was nobody in line when we arrived….the line then got long because she was taking forever throwing the food together sloppy. we asked for the same thing at least 10 times and then she still didn’t put chips and queso out. She then proceeded to talk badly about us as we were getting forks and was telling her coworker she did not have to serve us because she could not focus on the customer or take accountability for her screw up… extremely rude and disrespectful. workers standing on their phones instead of getting the customers through the line. will not go back.

I go here all the time. Usually when the store manager is on the back line cooking, the food is really good. The customer service from the store manager not so much. You can tell when someone took a job for the money and position rather than taking a job for the passion. It’s usually pretty dirty, food thrown all over the line, today was no exception. The store manager gave me the bottom of the rice, when I asked for extra, he scraped the bottom of the pan to get every last grain. He then proceeded to show me the brand new backup rice on the line, after barely adding enough rice. I gave up on speaking up at this point, because he seems to know right vs. wrong. The rice is always crunchy anyway, so there’s no point to enjoy. They ran out of chicken and my second option, sofritas was dryer than it is supposed to be. Everything looked like it had sat out longer than it should’ve. The food should’ve at least not been served. We need a new store manager at this location. Parmatown will get my money from now on.

Consistently rude and unprofessional staff. There are a few that care but can only do so much. My order was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even said anything to me at all only for the manager to come to the window finally and grab my order that had been sitting there the entire time. Even if it actually took that long I can be patient but the lack of respect for the customer is consistently ridiculous.
When ive worked similar jobs I would have been embarrassed myself even if I wasn’t the problem and at least gave a sincere apology. I got a “sorry shes new” with the window slammed shut by the supposed manager on duty. I knocked and asked the nane of the person who was just so rude and apparently they’re not allowed to give out names for accountability at chipotle. Never raised my voice or called them outside of their name. Wild ill honestly be driving the extra 10 minutes from now on

This is by far the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been in. The line was moving painfully slow. They’re out of sour cream, probably because it’s all over the floor and counters. But there’s 3 grocery stores within a 2 minute walk. I don’t know why they wouldn’t send someone to get some. As you can see in the pics, cleaning is at the bottom of the priority list. They had an employee sitting behind the counter, shoving chips down her throat as fast as she could. Her chips are right on the counter with food being served to customers. The amount of food just thrown all over the place could have saved countless Ethiopians from starving, if that’s still going on over there. The only person who took their job serious was the old man working the register. I wouldn’t trust any of their other employees near the money either. It was just a terrible experience. This restaurant is pretty much brand new. How can they let it go like this so fast? Oh, the large woman behind the counter binging was also screaming curse words to her friends in the back, who were just standing around with that place a complete pigsty. I love chipotle. But this is the 2nd time I’ve visited this store, and the second time i found it in complete filth. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or another restaurant all together. It’s a miracle someone hasn’t gotten sick from this yet.
