Placed an order here for original crust and got New York crust. They were closing in 30 minutes when we ordered. We just got done door dashing so couldn’t have it fixed at 10:20. We ordered original crust so it’s more filling for us. This was a paper thin pizza. We brought it back home and added more toppings and cheese after this picture.

When i walking into the store. I asked for the pizza by Son’s name that he ordered online and the young men dark skin look at me with his racist face like he didn’t understood and then I asked him for parmesan cheesse and pepper and he only gave me 2 bags, he wouldn’t give me more and he made the face to me bedore i left.the pizza was cold I live cross as street my son order pizza all the time.

Having lived in other cities, I can clearly attest that I’ve experienced much better tasting Papa Johns pizza. The issue is not just related to this location here in Jacksonville. Here is some feedback for this location. They don’t always answer the phone. The pizza was under cooked on my last order. The cost with tip was $40 for a large pizza and 12 chicken wings. Based on ingredient quality, taste, and service inconsistency, I rate this place a 3 with a 2 for food.

The amount of disappointment in this establishment, let me begin by saying the counter help is NO help , I went to pick up my order and stood waiting for 8 min while the man with no teeth and broken glasses was on the phone ignoring me , so I was fed up and went to get my own pizza and he immediately hung up his private phone call and told me I couldn’t do that , with cash in my hand I said , sir I been waiting for 10 min now while u ignore me , here’s my money I’m leaving with my food !
