Very much enjoyed our sushi dinner. $34/person with endless menu offerings from sushi, sashimi, appetizers, grill items, etc. Everything was fresh and made to order with exception of premade desserts. I would encourage only doing a few specialty rolls because they are delicious but fill you up. All seafood was delicious. We came in on a Wednesday and had excellent service. Restaurant is well designed and atmosphere was nice. Dessert bar was a little sparce and did not have the same detail as food from kitchen. Still had a great experience.

This restaurant is having it’s soft opening and it was pretty good. Right now they are doing an all you can eat for $35. The sushi was good, it didn’t wow me but it was good. Staff were really nice, restaurant and bathroom was clean.

My husband and I stopped here on a whim, passing through town. Wow!!! This place was great. We ordered off the all you can eat menu, The food is served a bit different bringing out each item as it’s ready which is great bc food is fresh, hot and ready to eat. We ordered the rainbow roll, buffalo jalapeño roll, summer crunch roll, with gyoza, hibachi steak, hibachi rice and veggies. Everything was great, fresh and just an overall great experience. The wait staff is revolving/rotating so you don’t have one single server but everyone has access to your table so you don’t have to wait for service which I thought was great as we were in kind of a time crunch. The tables were cleaned just as fast as the food was brought out and the price for the all you can eat was only $22 per person making this another great trait of this restaurant. If you’re in Altamonte don’t hesitate to stop in. We were here during lunch and they have plenty of tables to handle big parties. We will definitely be back when we’re around town! Thank you

Came here today and honestly… it was amazing. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The sushi rolls were on point, great presentation, and you can tell they actually care about quality, not just throwing rice and fish together.
The service was super friendly and attentive, made the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place is chill and modern, perfect for a casual dinner or a nice night out.
Portions were solid, prices felt fair, and the food came out fast. No complaints at all — this spot definitely exceeded my expectations.
I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending it to friends. If you like good sushi and good vibes, this place is a win.

Food wasn’t bad considering it is very cheap. You get what you pay for. But steak was good and so other stuff on the menu, you just have to try a little bit of all to see which one is your favorite.

First time here and I loved it. The place is beautiful inside, very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, the team was super attentive the whole time.
The food is delicious. I tried the escolar truffle and was blown away, also the pork buns which were amazing. They have several other dishes that look incredible. I definitely recommend it, more people should know about this place.

All I can say is WOW! I’ve genuinely never been so impressed by a new restaurant before. We came in for the All you can eat lunch menu, which is a very reasonable price of $22 for an adult. I was surprised by how many options there were- appetizers, sushi rolls, pork buns, tempura, hibachi, nigiri, even desserts. You can order as little or as much as you want to start and then order more as you go, we did not have to wait long after placing an order for it to come fresh to our table. All the food we tried was incredible, and tasted like it was made with quality ingredients. The staff was super attentive and professional, we were very impressed by everyone working there. My 3 favorites were the teriyaki steak, buffalo jalapeño roll, and the tropical salmon roll. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We visited during their soft opening last week. The restaurant os gorgeous and the staff was amazing. Our items came out quickly and tasted great. We will definitely ne back soon!
*Visited again on Saturday 12/27. Servers seemed overwhelmed, orders came incomplete. New restaurant, still learning. I would suggest visiting on a slower night of the week while they figure things out. Im sure they will get it soon.*

First time at SushiRock was delicious! We sat at the bar in the front and the bartender/server was very attentive. Great service, everything came out really quickly even with how busy it was! Loved the crispy rice!

Not bad! Went on a weekend so the ayce was $35. Tried a variety of dishes and found some tricks. The tempura and fried dishes can be skipped. The salmon was the highlight, and where possible definitely order the fish as sashimi. They have covered “white tuna” on their menu and labeled it escolar, but it is not escolar. The eel was good first round, not good the second The gunkan were delicious, will order more next time. The pork bun was recommended, but I don’t see why. The raw fish appetizers were interesting, and small enough to try a variety without worry of wasting food. The gentleman cleaning tables was very good, almost as soon as we finished each dish he would clear it off. Service was good and polite, but they forgot many dishes (pork bun ordered twice received once, house salad ordered twice not received any). Place was clean and smelled fine. Overall, worth it, but not in a big hurry to come back.
