Went their to grab some lunch. Nice atmosphere on the inside for being in an airport terminal. Ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich with chips. It wasn’t that crowded but took about 20 minutes to get it so service needs to tighten up without a doubt. The sandwich itself was very good and enjoyed the honey based sauces on the sandwich along with the bun itself. Chicken had a nice taste and they use a nice batter for the chicken frying. Chips were also crisp and nice amount of salt. Great food but the service is lacking right now.

First time I stopped in because it was sorta empty and chill. I fly at DTW often and had never been in here!
Great beer menu (obviously) and a lot of craft beer options. Don’t go here expecting Miller Lite, etc. They don’t have that.
Didn’t have any food… so won’t rate that.
Service was great! Bartender was quick, polite and friendly, and super efficient. She was also really busy with a handful of folks at the counter so it was pretty impressive. Get it girl!

This was a great place to stop while waiting for my flight to board at DTW.
The atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t too busy or packed and had plenty of seating. Everything looked clean and updated and was comfortable for the wait.
The service was very good, everything came out fast, accurately, and hospitably.
The kettle chips were fire and went great with a cold beer while waiting in the flight.
All in all a 4/5 flame rating for places to stop at DTW. definitely will go back again!

We ordered the pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. We were both pleasantly surprised with the quality of both. Both plates come out hot and steaming with the longest cheese pull I’ve ever seen. It was a good stop overall.
Our waitress was very nice. They are definitely working hard and maybe a little short staffed. But we did not mind (a 3 hour delay will do that to you)

Food was excellent and the drinks were good. Overall our service was decent and they are reasonably priced inside the airport.

Stopped here during a layover at DTW. Service was actually pretty good — our waitress was really nice and let us swap out a beer after we realized we couldn’t handle how sour theirs are We thought we could hang… but Jolly Pumpkin sours are next-level intense. The non-sour beer we got instead was decent and way easier to drink.
We ordered the truffle fries and the margherita pizza.
The truffle fries had good flavor, but there was just a lot going on — kind of overloaded with cheese and sauce. Not bad, but not amazing either.
The pizza was way too greasy and cheesy for a margherita. The olive oil basically coated the top, which made it feel really heavy. Would’ve preferred more basil and less oily overall. I did respect the tomato making an indent in the cheese though (see photo).
Music wasn’t too loud, which I appreciated, and it’s a decent chill spot if you have time to kill. Nothing mind-blowing, but not the worst for airport food. Gets the job done.

I stopped at the Jolly Pumpkin when I my flight was delayed and had breakfast. The server was friendly and the food wasn’t bad. When she brought out my plate she asked if I had ordered twice (since I had to order via QR code on my phone) I said no, she said ok no problem, I will fix it. So the order obviously duplicated in their system. When I checked my credit card statement a few weeks later I saw I was charged the exact same amount twice, so $28 each.$28 is already a lot for breakfast, but paying $56 is insane. Glitches happen though, so I called and left all the information, the manager was supposed to call me back but never did. This went on about 5 times I tried to talk to someone about the duplicate charge. The last person I spoke to said “you know we are in an airport, right? Don’t expect a call back” – so there’s apparently no resolution for them charging me twice? Unreal customer service! Highly recommend checking your credit card statement if you visit this restaurant or pay in cash! Or avoid it altogether and go to one that doesn’t have issues with their payment system.

Nice atmosphere. But that’s about it. Staff was not attentive and rude when attentive. It took 32 minutes to order one pizza and a salad, and they got the order wrong for the pizza. No time to remake the pizza and wait since I was going to miss my flight. No one seemed to care to work there and the staff just looked depressed. Would not call it jolly at all.

I would NOT eat here ever! I fly frequently. As I was deciding on a menu choice, I went to grab a paper towel from the dispenser which is right out in the open next to the ordering station. An employee promptly told me that I can’t do that. I can’t have one paper towel unless I am dining there. Well, sir. You decided for me! Never dining at any Jolly Pumpkin locations!

Worse service ever. Lady at carry out tonight gave my order to the person (single) behind me and I got his. $40 chicken burger is not worth it. I’ll never eat here again. Used to like it. Is go to McDonald’s before this place. Used to spend lots of money here. No more
