The atmosphere of the restaurant was very cute and has great music. The service is fast and very polite and will make any customer feel at home whilst ordering and enjoying their meal. Lastly the food was absolutely divine, whether you’re ordering their sweet breakfast or their savory Bento Box options, the food will be outstanding and have great options and portions. For the price we paid we had the most amazing breakfast experience and will be returning very soon.

Nice cozy atmosphere! First time here! Service was great! Ordered a hot matcha latte with Caramel and it was delicious. And of course got the chocolate banana pancakes. Absolutely delicious. Would def. Come back here.

I saw many videos about this café. So I wanted to try it! The waiting list did not work somehow so you had to queue up, things got messy pretty fast but I had a good time overall after being seated 30min later. I’d love to come back to try their Omurice! The fluffy pancakes were flavorful. I expected a better Matcha. I feel like mine was way too HOT and very sweet even if I asked for low sugar, I thought standard shouldn’t be sweetened at all, it’s weird that it came sweet at all. The Sando was good.

Takagi Coffee on W. 3rd and Crescent Heights is an interesting place. It’s a restaurant for a relaxed meal when you want to appreciate the food and your companions when you’re not in a hurry.

The pancakes are light and fluffy, better than any other pancakes I’ve ever eaten. Everything is delicious.

This was a great find. Was a little busy on Sunday afternoon but got sat quickly. Highly recommend the Ethiopian Coffee it was phenomenal.
If you get the pancakes (you should) get the berry ones those are amazing. Overall the experience was awesome and highly recommend checking out.
And they have pretty cool mugs.

The atmosphere was really good it gave a nice chill-classy vibe and had really good music! The service was really nice and patient. I got the original 2pc fluffy pancakes with vanilla ice cream and the omelette rice, the pancakes were amazing good ! But the omelette was a bit too gooey for my liking but overall a recommended spot!

The fried chicken was burnt and didn’t taste good at all. The service was also quite strange; the female server with glasses served us in complete silence. It was my first time at a restaurant where a server says absolutely nothing when bringing food or pouring water. I was looking forward to this visit because I love their cafes in Japan, but both the food and service were disappointing this time.

First time visiting. It was empty so I was able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere! The menu is beautiful looking, and just as tasty. Prices are okay, it’s easy to rack up a big bill because everything is so good looking! I recommend keeping it simple since the portions are big.

This place was beautiful on the inside and the food was tasteful. Unfortunately, the service lacked in friendliness and professionalism. Our table kept getting skipped for some reason. It took almost 25 min to just order water, then probably another 10 to put in an order of drinks. Before we could tell the waitress we were ready to order she walked back real quick. So, one of us had to stand up and go get help to put in our order. We also had to stand up to get a refill on water, and we stood up again to go get someone to charge us.
When the food started coming in, it was coming in one plate at a time. We did t want to start eating g before the others had their orders so we waited, but we waited what seemed long time for each plate to arrive. Most of the pancakes did out fast compared to the other dishes .
The waitress didn’t look happy with our table maybe because we kept getting up to ask for help, or maybe because she was having a bad day. Whatever the reason, her attitude was uncalled for.

The food was simple yet tasteful. The chicken is delicious. I would definitely recommend any dish with the chicken they cook there.

This Japanese restaurant is a fantastic spot for a chill weekend brunch. Be sure to arrive 15-20 minutes before opening because it fills up incredibly fast! Their pancakes are an absolute standout – truly the best I’ve had in the US and reminiscent of the delicious, fluffy ones you often find in Asia.
