I placed an order at 10:40PM yesterday and never received my pizza, no refund was issued or anything. It took so long I feel asleep when I woke up I had a missed call from what Im guessing was Dominoes at 12:02AM. Why did I not get my order or a refund??

They nailed it, they nailed the frankly disgusting type of pizza I like.

Pizza was ordered 56 minutes ago. Still in the “make” stage according to the website. Every time the estimated delivery time elapses, the website just updates it to later. Finally just called and cancelled the order and told em to give me a refund.

This is the most poorly ran Dominos I have ever encountered! If I could give zero stars, that would be more fitting, because one star is WAYYYYYY more than what this location deserves!! The level of unprofessionalism is laughable. Look at the mess this location gives to paying customers. I literally argued for about 10 mins with an employee about why this sandwich looked like this and why was most of the product in the box on not on the bread! He used profanity and disrespected me in so many ways! They refuse to tell you their names saying, ” we are not obligated to provide that information”. Like what kind of establishment is this. Will NEVERRRRRR order from this location again!

3 star: Flavor has changed, They’re not giving the required time for the pizza to be cooked properly because they have so many orders. Service: Online orders for in-store pickup are horrible. The wait time outside the store is so long that I’ve had to get out of my car and go in and pick up my order because they don’t have enough staff working. Home delivery is fine, customer service is 4 stars: the staff is very good, but they need to hire more staff to make it perfect. Domino’s is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tried.
