I went in for the first time, and the restaurant smelled terrible. It smelled like a terrible sewer system. I can’t believe people eat out of that restaurant with it smelling like that. I went into buy a meal and settled on a pattie not to make things awkward. I was advised that pattie would go from two dollars to five dollars because I was paying with a card. I didn’t want pay $5 dollars for something that I wasn’t gonna eat anyway, so I left. Not interested in ever going back to that location again, possibly never took a GC.

The last Four last four times I’ve ordered Uber Eats they call and tell me we are out of the veggie patty, only beef . Like why continue to false advertise. Charge me more for a veggie patty, then offer me something that can’t equate money wise or health wise. They even gave me a frozen veggie patty one time, and said that i can cook it and sent it. Then i thought to myself isn’t that the point of getting take out. Ewwk yuck this place needs real Jamaicans and love. It’s nothing . Ordered uber this afternoon 12/27/2025. And not only that they just overall miss the point of Jamaicans entirely . Never prepare the right items, always out of it , or just mess the order up completely. Definitely feel this is a sneaky tactic because why call and tell me your out just put it on Uber Eats ….. but eventually they’ll get caught on too.

Okay so I’m writing this review after 3 experiences total. This will be my last and I’m not ordering anything but Pattie’s from this location. They always out of food! ALWAYS, it’s wise to call ahead for literally anything. I don’t eat meat and since they under prepare fish for the day I am never able to get any type of fish from this location. What they do have though is calalloo & Saltfish that is absolutely lacking in Saltfish and flavor. I basically $13.50 for flour and calalloo. This is the second time I’ve had to come home & chop up more seasoning, & boil more Saltfish to re-sauté the food. This particular menu item needs to be revamped or removed. For visual, the pics attached left is what I got from this spot. Right is after I redid it.

The flavor is alright. Jerk chicken wings were over cooked and little sauce.
Curry chicken had decent flavor, but the bone fragments were too much. We expected the bigger pieces of bone.
The service was very flippant, they seemed annoyed being there. One worker was leaning on her elbow on the counter looking at her phone.
Most items on the menu were not available.
The bathroom was clean, but no toilet paper.
It was $54 for 3 meals without drinks.

The food was very good and staff was great. It was only my second time eating Jamaican food. The chicken did have bones in it and I was surprised about that. I would definitely go here again, but just be aware that there may be bones in the meats that are not the pouches.
