It is absolutely freezing in this building, the last thing I want when coming in out of the cold to get something to eat is to be absolutely freezing inside. I asked one of the workers and they said the heating has been broken since they started working there?? Apparently the heater in the office still works so the managers can sit down and do nothing while their employees freeze. Service was good and food was good.

Evening of the 6th I was picking up a mobile order in the pick-up lane and the girl working with brown curly hair and glasses was pretty rude. No smile the entire time, quietly asked for my name, which she basically threw my food at me and slammed the sliding door. I’m not eager to come back to get that bad customer service again. Some people don’t care about customer service and need training. Also did not get utensils I marked that I wanted and I’m pretty sure the car in front of me had to go back to get theirs too.

I rarely eat at Chipotle, but that new carne asada steak commercial had me intrigued. I ordered online and my food was ready promptly.
My complaint is not to the staff there or the service, it’s about the food it’s self. The meat was so fatty, that I could barely bite into it. Not sure what vendor you all are using for your meat, but with 3 tacos costing almost 20.00, and I have to give the food to my dog.. Unacceptable. Thanks!

I ordered on the App. My food was ready earlier! At the lunch rush on National quesadilla day! The lady working the window and making the food was extremely nice! She did a fantastic job making all my food. It was picture perfect. Sorry I ate before I thought about taking a picture. The taste was spot on! I’ve been to plenty chipotles this one is the best! I highly recommend this location. I’m sure the inside experience would have been just as great.

I told them I had a food allergy when I ordered and the person taking my order immediately took all the allergy precautions without a second thought, changed gloves and washed hands, they used clean spoons for everything and didn’t even let the outside of the dish touch the food prep counter to maintain safety. It’s very rare to come across such great service in a fast food place.

The food was really good, I did not feel like it was all rice in my burrito. Staff are friendly. The place was pretty dirty as far as the floor and tables. It’s just as pricey as everywhere else. Two small drinks were something like $6.50-$7.00 – didn’t get asked if we wanted drinks, so that was a separate purchase. Spent $29 on kids meal and 2 burritos.
