Although my husband orders from a location in flint, This was the first time that I have ever ordered from the Lapeer Jet’s Pizza. I ordered a valentines heart pizza for my son. It looked very good and he loved it. The main reason that I’m posting this though is because of the young man who gave me my order when I came in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could post it. He was so friendly polite and happy.

The girl who drives the range rover / cadillac is super rude. She didn’t even look at me the ENTIRE transaction when I was picking up my pizza. Not even a glance! Not once. I was trying to be a friendly customer and tell her how much my family loves their pizza, but she behaves like she doesn’t want to be there at all.

Food was great, front counter service was great. Only issue I had was that there were mistakes made in the order, which they caught and corrected, but the correction took long enough that the pizza crusts were a bit soggy and the food was all room temp by the time we started eating. They were very courteous and apologetic which I totally appreciate but it took a lot away from the experience when you know food would have been quite a bit better if it had not sat 15 minutes waiting on them to fix the order. Love Lapeer Jets but I have to be honest.

On 4/6/23, I placed a takeout order from Jets Pizza. I ordered a large deep dish pizza along with 8 hot wings. I waited the 20 minutes and went inside. I paid for my order and then was told a mistake was made and they forgot to make the hot wings. I was then told it would be another 20 minutes to complete my order. So, 43 minutes later I got my order. The pizza was now cold after waiting for them to finish my wings. The total time for getting my FULL order was 48 minutes. The young man behind the counter never apologized and was rude. He never even offered me any discount. ( for a cold pizza) Maybe, the workers should not be on there cellphones and wearing music ear Buds listening to music. They might get the orders done correctly and just maybe make PAYING patrons a priority. Very poor service.

order wasn’t quite ready when it was supposed to be but that just means it was fresh. husband enjoyed the wings and we always love the pizza. cinnamon bread had good taste but was kind of thick. will order from here again

Made my to-go order over the phone to a very rude man. Waited 20 minutes before showing up. I could see my pizza in the warmer and was looked at by at least 3 employees while I stood alone at the register for 5 minutes. Opened the door 3 times so the loud doorbell would go off and it wasn’t until I yelled hello that someone came out and asked if I was already taken care of. Very disappointed. Pizza was good. The employee interaction was horrible.
