Planned to get a quick bite after checking out a local shop next to this location. I guess the employees got upset that we didn’t eat there first, and towed us. I understand the towing if the car was left there over 15-20 minutes if strict and very busy. Not the case. Reading the one star reviews gives me some understanding of their behavior.

Okay – this was a great burger. Don’t you hate it when you are served something unrecognizable from what is advertised? Not the case at Jack in the Box. I’d never eaten here before, and rarely eat meat now, but this was amazing.

Clean atmosphere, a nice surprise to find very fresh greens in a generous large chicken salad. A plus today is it wasn’t crowded, probably because it’s a rainy day.
The kid cheeseburger meal was a perfect size serving, perfect for small older senior adult eaters 90 years and older. Comes with a large soda pop drink. We instead opted for hot coffee in the chip.

Horrible quality, every fried item has the flavor of old dirty oil. All fried items are warm at best. Burgers are dry and look like leftovers re heated on the grill

I put in an app order and went down to pickup my food but it turned out I never confirmed my order. I confirmed the app order and I told the worker I was there and would wait. The app says my order will be ready in 10 minutes so I took a seat. The worker looks over at me every so often but doesn’t say anything. About 15 minutes later I go to the counter and ask if my order is ready and the manager says no it’s not ready yet. While the worker I spoke to says,”oh I forgot”. It was ready 3 minutes later, half the order was already on the counter waiting to be bagged.
The thing that bothers me is that they never have a mobile order ready to be picked up on time. You arrive when it says to arrive, or late, and let them know your order AND THEN they start prepping it. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

I had the absolute worse “Supreme” breakfast sandwich imaginable. I was cold, limp and purely disgusting. It looked like it was sitting for hours. Shamed on you Jack for serving something that bad.

I frequent this jack in the box often as it’s my favorite fast food! The hostess was super nice said her name was “Lovely”. Always makes sure my order is perfect!
Unfortunatelythe app and website would not let me use any rewards but she also took the time to help out with it as much as possible.
@ The manager: PLEASE either fix the A/C or turn it up! The employee are hard at work back there sweating and I was too, just waiting for my order. It was atleast 10 degrees cooler outside than inside. In Mililani we have one of the coolest climates on island and its not nice for customers to sit in hot, sticky, humid restaurant but also inhumane to employees!
Edit SEP 10, 2025: This location use to offer military discount at all times, but now tells me only on Monday. Such a shame that I have to limit visits and only feel appreciated to one day a week.

No line for a sunday, but drive thru was a little slow and there was only 3 cars in line and 4 cars parked. Fries were already cold and so was my burger when I got home which is 5 min away. Not sure about Jack’s philosophy of ‘ we don’t cook it til you order it’ but the items were sitting so dissapointed

We waited in drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window to nasty attitude from cashier. My kids nuggets were dark has if it were leftovers they refried so of course they didn’t eat it. They also forgot our 2 orders of tacos not worth going back at all.
