Delicious food, they only serve lunch options from 11-4 so the first time we had their street food which includes their grill items. The steak is cooked to the temperature you desire and while it takes a bit to come out it is worth the flavor, freshness and generous portions. We’ve also ordered out for lunch and their beef soup was amazing- dense, nutritious and delicious. No matter what you order you’ll enjoy it. The only drawback on ordering in person is that depending on the waiter you’ll need to point at the menu, since their English is limited but they are still kind and attentive and have their menu printed out in Spanish and English. They also have passion fruit juice which is delicious and lots of delicious desserts. The space itself is kept very clean and they have ample seating and clean bathrooms.

I really wanted to like this place because the empanadas were great the first time I tried them. I’ve continued coming back, but unfortunately, something has been wrong with my order almost every time.
The first mistake, I let it go. But this last visit was really disappointing. I ordered two carne molida empanadas and instead received two with a different type of meat—cut into pieces, maybe carne asada. They weren’t good at all. I also ordered two chicken empanadas, but I was given one fish and one chicken instead.
They also advertise that they have pabellón, but every time I ask for it, they say they don’t have any available.
The prices are reasonable, but the quality and consistency have definitely gone down. I hope they can improve because they have potential.

They are nice here. I tried the ground beef/ carne molina empanadas & it was well seasoned. They are the ones with potato in them and the shell has a hint of sweetness. They were bigger than I expected so I think $3 each is ok. I forgot to take a picture of the updated menu but if you’re wondering I don’t see the pasteles on there, just the empanadas.

They have many complaints with customer service.
The food is super delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that they sold me a dish for $14.99 but then the bill said $20. I’ll give 5 stars for Food, 5 for Atmosphere and 1 for Service..

I like that the server knew exactly, what we could like, she tecommend some food om the menu that it wqs more tipical in Venezula the way she expressed herself about the food really got me think she knew what she was talking about and not just that but also for you to enjoy what you were going to eat.

Great food, really good portion, very decent price and beautiful restaurant.
Only downside, seems lots of people coming in to the restaurant kept going into the kitchen both kids and adults, and handling food and other items. Makes the sanitary conditions questionable.

We came from out of state. The place was beautiful and clean. We were greeted upon entering but it was definitely not professional. The two ladies were both eating at the front but one was eating by the register right where customers come to place their order and that really didn’t bother me until she was eating with her mouth open and never got up to wash her hands when she was done. The other lady was eating from her bowl across from her towards the back but didn’t wash her hands either. My husband is Venezuelan and was really excited to have found a place to purchase snacks (the prepackaged snacks were great and the drinks he got he loved those) my husband got two empanadas and a dessert and he was definitely not pleased. I’m not saying it was a bad experience it just was our first impression of a place that could have been great.

First time visiting this restaurant and we will be back! I ordered the Arepa Especial and it was delicious. Good portion of food. The service was friendly and fast. We ordered a piece of pineapple upside down cake to go so we will have dessert later!
