I wanted to love this place with all the positive reviews it has gotten, but I just can’t. I ordered a smothered, breakfast vegetarian burrito. After a couple of bites I slice it open. It was mostly rice. I had a hard time finding any beans, but there were some there. I found the green SAUCE unappealing. Based on this experience and the $17 price, plus I left a $3 tip even though I got it to go, I don’t think I will be back.

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito before work and was genuinely surprised by the size—it was absolutely massive! As other reviews have mentioned, the burritos are a bit on the pricier side, but it’s completely justified by the sheer portion. Mine filled an entire large to-go container and could have easily fed two people. Beyond the size, the flavor and quality of the ingredients were excellent. I’ll definitely be returning, next time with someone to share it with, whenever I’m in the area for breakfast again!

During this specific day, there was an event I had to attend really early, and this was the only place in my area that was open at 7:30am. I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. The bacon is legit, it was made to order and the portion was large (breakfast burrito with bacon and eggs, and I think beans). This is a rough market but I recommend creating a half portion burrito, smaller with the sauce inside of it, more portable and at a smaller price point (less than $10). It was a bit too much for myself, but I really want to try the other non-breakfast items so I will be back! The lady that was there was so kind and nice.

This place is WONDERFUL!
We had the asada burrito and the chilaquiles with carnitas.
Both were amazing!
We added two bottles of coke and will DEFINITELY be back.
Del Taco is across the street… don’t make that mistake.
We’re back!
Today we had the chicken burrito and the chilaquiles with carnitas….
AMAZING!

The place might look small — it’s inside a gas station next to a 7-Eleven — but don’t let that fool you. The food here is absolutely amazing! It’s authentic, just like I remember from Guadalajara. This is my third visit, just to make sure it really is as good as I thought — and it definitely is. I’ve tried the burritos, tortas, and chilaquiles so far, and every single one has been delicious. The seasoning is spot on. You’ve got to give this place a try and leave a review afterward. Let’s help great local businesses like this one grow — it’s hard to find food this authentic!

We ordered online and was only about a 20-minute wait to pick up our food. I got 4 al pastor street tacos, and my wife got the chicken burrito. It’s a little pricy for what I usually pay, but the taste and quality were amazing. The items do not come with sides unless you get one of the specific meals that have them, so make sure you know what you’re getting before you order as it may not be enough for some people. The tacos were not quite enough to make me full as a big ol’ american boy (lol), but they did hold me over until next meal time. Inside is small so when it’s busy you will probably have to wait outside or standing. It’s attached to the 7-11, and you may not find it the first time around. You can customize meal options online. I was able to walk in easily and get my order when it was ready. Staff was friendly and quick to help. I do recommend this place but only as more of a special treat for myself.

Phenomenal breakfast burritos. Everything is seasoned perfectly and I love that they include fresh cilantro in the burrito. Sooo delicious. Kind and friendly staff. Guadalupe is quite the chef, it’s like your sweet Grandma is making food for you. One of my regular spots in Highlands Ranch for sure.

This place is perfect. Don’t let the fact that it’s next to a 711 fool you. ..they are incredible. The variety of dishes Is uncanny because it’s more than most pricey Mexican restaurants. The friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff puts them top of the food chain in hospitality. The place feels like home a dinner at home in Mexico. They surpass expectations on every level. The music is not obnoxious Banda or Reggaeton or even Vicente Fernandez but Beautiful instrumental mariachi, music to be proud of that speaks more to what Mexico is. The gas and the restaurant are free of weirdos loitering. The location is perfect too. It is unexpected to find this jewel in a gas station but it’s the best surprise ever. I had chilaquiles and huevos in salsa Verde. To die for! Abuelita has this place looking gorgeous. One can tell that lots f genuine love goes into this place. Abuelita takes care of the beautiful plants that make one feel just heavenly and peaceful. I should have bought dinner to go too but next time I’ll know to get a bit more for home. I’m craving them non stop. A complete delight
