I’ve gone to this chipotle my whole life.. Today I had went in to order both of my chicken bowls and a large chips. They had CHARGED me for my large chips and not put it in the bag… Well I didn’t notice till I got home. I spent 20 minutes on the phone and 20 minutes on the app that gave me 0 resolution. So I had to drive back to the place to get my “refund” that was only $2!! I was also supposed to know to bring the food back. I brought back 1 BOWL to show I barely ate and he THREW IT AWAY! Without asking me and without giving me my refund FOR THE FOOD HE THREW AWAY. There was plenty of customers listening and I hope they take note of this chipotle. I then told him I would leave a review in his face twice. He didn’t even offer me some queso with the chips he forgot to put in the bag. So here it is new manager. I hope you don’t keep your job for long!

Another garbage experience at the local chipotle… asked for some extra rice and the employee scooped air our of the rice bin three or four times pretending to add rice then quickly moved on. Why the act? Just tell your customers, “no, you can’t order extra rice” instead of this shifty acting routine. Or how about this… scoop some more rice into the bowl maybe. Long gone are the days of a consistent reasonable portion size. Don’t waste your money at this location. Do better chipotle.

In recent years it seems like the portions at most Chipotle are smaller than in the past and the food quality has diminished. I typically eat at other Chipotles but tried the one in Brimfeld yesterday for the first time.
Finally I had a meal that was prepared correctly and got what I paid for. This was the best meal we have had at this chain since the early days when they first came out. We will definitely return here in the future.

My Barbacoa was actually perfect today! It wasn’t 98% fat and 2% meat like it usually is , I didn’t have to pick any fat out today!!! My bowl was perfectly great! I just wish chipotle would come out or find a new type of bowl material because my anxiety goes crazy when you are eating from the bowl a parts of the bowl start to peel off into my food .

I want to start off by saying that Chipotle is not my type of food for diet restriction issues. However, my wife loves Chipotle. I went there without her and had her on speaker phone as she was able to accurately describe the bowl she wanted and accurately interpret her order in a friendly and efficient fashion. The cost was very affordable for a significant amount of food.

McDonald’s has better customer service than this. I had gotten a smoothie when my food was messed up. But nooo not at chipotle they wanna only give me a refund for my chips.. but their food isn’t good with a fork.. you need the chips! So with that being said I told the manager I need chips in order to eat my bowl. And he told me if I showed him the food I would get a refund and I gave him my untouched food and he did not give me my refund for it like he had told me and he decided to throw it away. So not only did I not get a refund for my bowl but he also throw my food that I paid for away..?!? AND I had told the manager I would be leaving a review, no reaction shocker! Oh and just wait!! One more, DO NOT go to Chipotle past 8, they either A, won’t have any of the food options you want.. or B they don’t give you enough food or the food isnt cooked enough..

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Chipotle! Not only was I overcharged – my order should’ve been $11 but somehow came out to a staggering $16.47 – but to add insult to injury, they basically called me fat doing that. I couldn’t believe it. I double-checked my receipt and prices, and the math just doesn’t add up. Between the unexpected charges and the completely unprofessional treatment, I left feeling disrespected and upset. Customer service was nonexistent, and the lack of basic respect is honestly shocking. Update to really rub salt in the burn they put meat in queso! I’m vegetarian

Tiny burrito. Half scoop rice, quarter scoop chicken. Love chipotle but prices went up and sizes shrunk. After adding all my toppings and seeing how empty it was I had to ask them to go back and put more rice just for filler, otherwise I would have left hungry.
