I would not recommend going to this location at this time. The staff has changed and the they are not familiar with the menu and are price gouging. I ordered a footlong ham and turkey sandwich; which subway has had on their menu for forever and they charged me for extra meat because there was two different kinds of meat on the sandwich. Also there was no extra meat just the normal amount; if there had been extra meat I wouldn’t have minded the added $3. Also I had bacon put on and they only put 3 pieces on and charged $3 for those thin strips of bacon.

I come here a couple times a month. Cold cut on herbs and cheese. What’s this nonsense? Ordered online with extra veggies and got this sad excuse for a sub. Order is under my name.

I absolutely love this subway! They have never done my order wrong and they’re always so friendly. The sandwiches always look very pretty and they’re so tasty! By far my most favorite subway in Utah. There’s always the same employee and I don’t have his name unfortunately but he’s tall and wears glasses and is super friendly and makes the experience 10 times better!

Nice little location in historic area. Staff is kind and food is good. Quiet location and quick service. Nice variety of drink options and easy walking distance from a lot of hotels. Very convenient.

The guy working today around 3pm is great! The lady, she talking on the phone and I tried to order another sandwich and she just glared at me and continued on the phone. I had to wait for the car guy to come up to help me.She isn’t working at all, the guy is making everyone’s sandwiches that walks in. Give him a raise and let her go!

I ordered sandwiches online, 1/3 sandwiches messed up. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have smashed avocado (an extra $2) and pepper, it had too much pepper, and no avocado. Service was quick. Atmosphere was modern.

Wish I could give this place -100 stars. We ordered on the app and paid in full. We go in to pickup our order, because the app said it was ready. The order was not ready. It wasn’t even started. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be completed. Whilst they took everyone else ahead of us. The employees were VERY disrespectful and they are liars. Don’t even bother with this place.

Great service but the ❤️ catcher is they were on point when I had a question about the app.(Personal was there go then there catch back up) As well, such a great facility. Well lit, bright colors. I even feel comfortable for kids to be there for parents and entertaining my party. Everything is well lit and with the drinks off to the side in the corner. Out of the way but not tucked.
