As a TacoBell lover, this place was horrible. I have gone multiple times, gone inside to order, eaten inside, and also gone in the drive-thru. Each visit gets worse than the last. The employees get meaner and ruder, the food gets worse and my orders get more and more messed up. There are many more issues I have with this location, but these are the prevalent problems. Find a different TacoBell to purchase from. Taking the time to drive to a different site would be worth the time and gas.

Wish there was another Taco Bell in town! Whenever you go through the drive thru they will tell you to go park in the parking lot. They have lied multiple times saying there are other people in line, which there were not. Then if you ask why or tell them you will just wait there at the window they become rude and slam the window in your face. Tonight we were trying to talk to them and the supervisor slammed the window in our face and walked away. Then they gave us the wrong order completely. We should have known better to check our food before we left.
Agree with the other comments the service has just gotten worse over the last year or so. Wish thetr was another Taco Bell and KFC in town to go to instead of this one!

To the franchise owners of the Mount Airy Taco Bell, it’s 2025, this is a horrible system you have here. Order at the drive through, have to pull around, park and wait for food with multiple other cars only to find an item missing when we finally get our food. Go back through the drive through and wait again. Never again! Will only be going to the Taco Bell in Frederick where they are way more efficient! Not sure how this location stays open.

Great Manager; Amber. Food is decent. Service from my experience with some younger kid in the drive through; not so great.
Experience; This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location. I went through the drive trough to grab some Taco Bell for the family. They forgot to put in about 5 dollars worth of food. I called back and Amber, the manager, was extremely apologetic and told me she would take care of me when I decided to come back.
Two days later; I go into the establishment and ask if Amber is there. She held up to her promise. I would say that I had no hope of getting anything since it is a fast food joint but she remembered. The food was reimbursed and she also gave an additional order. She took care of us.

I don’t know how this place is still in business. Have signs advertising deals, they won’t honor them and when you point to said sign …they tell you “oh, that’s just a display.” Worst customer service on Earth. They’re constantly “sold out” of all the newest items they have advertised. After an already crap experience, our tacos were literally wet and inedible. I’d give them zero stars if Google would let me.

It is horrible service, every person that works there is rude & they say they don’t have things because they don’t want to make it. Went to Taco Bell earlier today the service always sucks but today was ridiculous the two doofuses working up front were a joke. Never said how much it was no receipt, and when I got my food it was all unwrapped and broken up and all over the place. Not expecting much as it’s a Taco Bell in mount airy but my god I couldn’t even eat the food it was everywhere and all broken up. Ridiculous do better.

They typically get the order correct but the service is extremely slow. And don’t bother asking for any sauce because you’ll never get it even if THEY ask if you want it. This location has gone downhill very quickly

OK so first off let me start by saying I live in Mount Airy and I just remembered why I drive to the one in Frederick. This place is the worst you place your order even if it’s for a single item like a taco and you literally have to wait 10 minutes. The staff takes your money and ask you to pull around and park in the parking lot. Then you see them handing food into wrong cars people going through the food then handing the food back where the foods are already been unwrapped for the people to see that it’s not theirs and then they bring it to you when other people have touched your food so unsanitary. I ask them why this practice is done and the one gentleman was very nice and he said that the manager makes them do this because they’re on a time and the drive-through and it helps with their system. So I guess they found a way to outsmart the system and show that it’s literally taking customers 10 to 15 minutes to get their food. Also, today I went because it was on my way from work and I did not want to pass it and go 15 minutes out the way to my normal Taco Bell in Frederick that I ordered a simple chicken enchilada burrito with no red sauce I repeated the order to the lady twice. Got home bitten into it boom all allergic No lips, swollen just a bad place to be at. I do not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone but I do recommend the Taco Bell off of E. Patrick St. they’re great and the staff is competent in what they’re doing. This staff is not held accountable and they cheat the system so I hope a manager reads this and knows that your staff is running the drive-through clock and having people park and still wait 20 minutes for their food
