The absolute worst. Don’t even try it. Just order from a reputable place and save your time, money, and stomach. Threw it out after one bite. Missing literally everything on our order except for the pizza which tastes worse than I can describe. Never ever again

We order a pizza last night, the top of it was burned and the dough undercook; drove to the place to ask for a refund, it was closed and nobody answered their three phone numbers that are displayed in social media and at the pizzeria´s marquee…by the way the sign reads “Fliping Pizza”…on Google Maps the photo of the place shows another name for the so called business (Big John´s Pizza). Obviously, I will get my $30 back; from what I can see, they could been preparing, I cannot say cook, the pizzas anywhere else and the address is just a facade; the address is the same as for “House of Pasta”, “Flippin Pizza”, “Rami´s Pizza #2”, “The Calzone Faktory”, “House of Wings”, “The Pizza Peddler”, “John´s Pizza Den, “House of Subs”, and “Di Primordine Pizzeria. It is aside of a laundromat…I wonder if the real laundromat is this place.

Ordered spaghetti, 2 salads for delivery requested silver ware didn’t get any. Didn’t get croutons for salad, didn’t get garlic toast. No dressing for salad. Uber eats was of no service. Just Horrible who eats dry salad without dressing. Tried to call phone said not taking calls horrible

Placed an order on Uber eats, had an issue with the order but called and spoke to Rob, he apologized and fixed it for us within 5 minutes. He was taking orders on the phone and making the food so understandably it’d be easy to make a mistake. Overall the pizza is amazing and the staff was willing to fix any issues. Definitely going back.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
Placed a to go order, showed up to pick it up and was told she was making it. Waited a good 15 more minutes and when I asked how much longer I was told 10 minutes. Then a child asked me what I ordered and I gave her what I had ordered. She went to the kitchen and brought out a packaged up order which clearly didn’t have a pizza in it and set it in front of me on the counter and said nothing.
Then even more time passes and a different lady that was pointed out earlier as the one who was making my order comes out of the kitchen. I asked her if my order was ready and was told they don’t have an order for me and they are closed. She saw me waiting on the camera and came out of the kitchen because she didn’t know why i was there waiting since they were closed. She told me to go through the app I ordered from to get a refund.
There was an older man there answering the phone and taking delivery orders.
There was another delivery service that came in and was told they were not open and to cancel the person’s order.
The reason they gave for being closed is due to an upcoming visit the next day from the health department.
The entire time I was waiting, there were children running in and out and all around the place. One of them so kindly told me to “have a nice day, see you never” as I was leaving.
Zero communication or effort to cancel the orders from various apps that were coming in by the staff that worked there.

Didn’t receive many of my items and it said I paid for garlic bread , ranch, and chicken (which was “required” on the salad ?? ) DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY DESSERTS I ORDERED. when I called a girl answered and all she could do was say sorry . WASTE OF MONEY !

Ordered via UberEats for a B1G1 deal. Both pizzas were undercooked. It’s almost like buying a frozen pizza and shorting it 5 minutes in the oven, not cold, but not done. Taste wasn’t terrible, but certainly not good enough to charge what they do. Also ordered a raspberry cheesecake chimichanga, and got a “store bought” piece of chocolate caramel cheesecake. Super disappointed and won’t order again.
Addendum a couple hours later, it also made my wife and I sick.

Ordered online and waited the allotted hour I was told by one of the services they use. Went in to get my order. As I walked in, I noticed many patrons waiting for their food. One of which told me she was a delivery driver and had been waiting over an hour already.
When I gave my name, I was told “There’s no order for you!” I replied that I was charged for the food and the tip. That’s when she told me to call the service I used bc it’s not her problem.
But here’s the kicker!
What my damn problem is, is that there’s a young girl at 1:30am (has to be 12 years old at most) in the kitchen being yelled at to rush orders and pushed around by the same girl I spoke to.
If I’m not mistaken child labor is illegal in the state of Texas.
I will be making a call in the morning to cps and the health department about this. Worst place to ever order from !

Absolutely do not order food here. My order was stolen from Uber and then I called to pick up the order myself. Told me 15 minutes and I get here only to be told they haven’t even started making the order. There’s multiple restaurants tied to this one location so chances are if your order goes missing, they wouldn’t care.

I ordered through Uber Ests and this is truly one of the worst pizzas ever. I ordered the margarita pizza and it was drowning in cheese and raw mushrooms (my extra topping that I thought would be cooked). It’s really inedible. I wish I had read their reviews before selecting this restaurant.
