Get the baklava!
The best baklava I have had in a long time. Fresh & just the right sweetness
Flavorful, delicious, satiating!
When I eat here, I feel great! The food just helps my body to feel strong.
The hummus was smooth and tasty,
The falafel was the perfect amount of flavor and crisp. I enjoyed the fresh veggies on the side.
The rice is some of the best I’ve ever had!

The chicken shawarma over rice is the best in the city- seconded by my son.
Get the smooth hummus- you’ll be tempted to eat it in spoonfuls but don’t sleep on the house salad! Fresh veggies covered in herbs and pomegranate dressing (but not like a vinaigrette). I have every intention of living off this salad in the summer.
The mango smoothies are super yummy too; without being overly sweet.
I pretend like we’ll try more than chicken shawarma… but knowing us- we’ll be happily stuck on that.
Service is great! Hussein is friendly, generous, and noticeably joyful.
Environment is inside Lansing Shuffle a playful, community cafeteria with lots of outdoor seating, including riverside for warmer days.
It’s a good idea to assume Lansing Shuffle will be busy on weekends or during downtown events. Plan for it and come to enjoy Beirut Kitchen anyway.

The food was so delicious! All made from scratch. The fattoush, toom (garlic sauce) and hummus were so delicious. Would definitely recommend ordering a main and getting the fattoush as a side. I had the batata sandwich, and it was so good! The chef gave us amazing service.

One of the best places to eat in Lansing is tucked inside of the Lansing Shuffle food hall. While the cavernous space is shared with several other restaurants, Beirut Kitchen stands out for it’s consistently delicious offerings. The chicken shawarma on fries is not to be missed.

What happened to the portion size? I would rate it 5/5 as this restaurant was my first choice with ordering online (Uber Eats) as they have a special offer with their Chicken Shawarma Plate. Today I ordered and I noticed that the portion size became smaller! I would rate them 3/5 because of that. Not sure if I will order again with this portion, but I might give them another try.

Best chicken shawarma I’ve had, whether it’s over rice / salad it’s consistently delicious and fresh. The chicken kabobs was also really good, the chicken was pretty big, and the portions are definitely generous. The owner is always super kind and so is his son. Great vibes over all. Lansing shuffle is usually my go to. For drinks and shawarma.

I had the Chicken Shawarma while my wife had the Chicken Kabab Platter. Both were excellent. Best Chicken Shawarma I’ve eaten, hands down. I’m usually not a fan of falafel, but my wife insisted I try it and even those were delicious. Great service from the folks there. We’ll definitely be back!
