My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional, and I particularly wanted to commend the oyster shucker cash. My server was incredibly friendly and attentive. The oysters were perfectly shucked, with not a single shell left behind. The gator sandwich was also an amazing dish.

Bayes on BR is an absolute gem in Baton Rouge. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Cash did a great job shucking the oysters! They were cleaned well and the cook did a great job cooking them. We had the Bienville and the Brie and bacon. Will be back and will recommend.

My husband and I sat at the bar and enjoyed classic chargrilled oysters for 2 hours while Cash shucked oysters and entertained us the whole time. Everyone on the staff was courteous and friendly and the chargrilled oysters were the best I’ve ever had anywhere! They also have oyster from the east and west coast that we both enjoy and have no seen anywhere else in the area. I highly recommend a visit! Happy Hour from 3-6 is great as well!
