This Subway is under new ownership, and it’s a nice improvement! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. Ignore the older critical reviews—they don’t reflect how things are now. Worth checking out!

Do NOT come to this Subway, and that’s coming from someone with low standards.

I ordered pickup and was already nearby so I sat down to wait until it was closer to pickup time. During this 20 minutes, the 2 girls working stayed in the back the entire time chatting with the employee door open. At one point they saw me and shut the door instead of trying to do their job.

Multiple people came to seek service and left since nobody would come to the front.

At pickup time, nobody had even begun to make my order so I got their attention and they said they didn’t have any bread, and I guess didn’t bother to tell me or cancel the order beforehand. I asked for my money back since they couldn’t complete my order and they said I’d have to call corporate.

In the end, they sent me to a DIFFERENT subway to do the work for them.

This location is under new ownership and is a wonderful example of how to run a subway. The food seems fresher. New hires are friendly and helpful. Subway has long been my go to place for eating out. I could not be happier with the food and the service at this location!

By far the worst Subway. The veggies looked disgusting and everything was uncovered, looked old, dried out or wilted. I expressed my concern with how terrible the food looked and told the girl i didnt want anything after seeing the side with the veggies. The girl had a horrible attitude and was beyond rude. After reading reviews though seems to be the norm at this location.

this location is terrible. I ordered 2 different wraps they were out of spinach, black olives tomato basil wraps, there was nothing posted of out of stock product and no discount given for the out of stock product.. ( your in a grocery store for god sake get the produce in store….) there was 4 people in line with one associate working. I waited 15 min to place my order because she had to fill an online.
after waiting for instore orders, this is not the first time it has happened within the last two months. she was working very hard.
I will not order from this location again..

Worst Subway EVER. I’ve been to this location twice only because it is the closet to my apartment. Only one person working. Both times it was the same guy during lunch hour and he acted like he couldn’t give two craps about his job. No greeting, just blank stares. Had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times. He kept remarking how tired he was and he wasn’t awake. Either he doesn’t care about his job or owns the place. Going to travel the extra 10 minutes to next Subway. I’m done with these fools.

I visited this Subway in the Meijer store Tuesday March 8th 2023 the ladies that waited on me Ashleigh and her mother Jen very nice ladies I had coupons but they said they’re not busy enough to take the coupons but they would take it anyway service was good and the sandwich was good. I’m just disappointed that none of the subways even take the the coupons why even mail them out to customers . Half of the subways don’t even honor them it’s totally ridiculous. These ladies were very cordial though and I felt like I had a very good experience. Someone from the Hill road Subway in Pickerington Ohio told me they only send the coupons out three times a year but that’s not true I get them just about every month I really don’t eat at Subway very much probably twice a year. First off, there was an awful smell making me regret going to subway. The man taking my order seemed to be the one who smelt, also his uniform was disgustingly dirty. He was rude and was mumbling making it hard to understand what he was saying. He put the subs together so sloppily and slow causing a mess as he was going. I’ve never had a bad expierence at this subway so this ashame.

DO YALL TRAIN ON CLEANLINESS OR CROSS CONTAMINATION?! EVERYTIME I order the server either A) rings up my food with the gloves on (while sub in toaster), then TRIES to continue onto the toppings with the same dirty register/money gloves on or B) takes them off holding them in their hand while ringing up and then puts the same dirty balled up gloves back on. I ALWAYS have to ask them to switch out their gloves. How hard is it to switch out gloves anyways? Should be standard. The employees are always disengaged. One time I went the server seemed like she didn’t know any of the toppings/ bread. She literally grabbed the wrong thing of each thing I ordered.
